I really like this patches, EXCEPT…I have a hard time pulling the patches off of the paper they are attached to. I’ve thrown so many away because they are not user friendly. Even if they had a little color to the patches, that might help.
Trying other options because I get so frustrated!!! Would be great to get a response from the company In what changes they could make.

I did not see any changes it did not work for me but everyone is different!I waited n waited n on my last patch waiting for a change n never happened I hope someone has better results and they don’t stick well at all n mine fell off n would not stick back on for nothing so I’m giving this 2 stars just being honest didn’t work for me but everyone is different God bless hope it helps someone hugs !

My Laki Naturals Relax Patches arrived in a small, resealable plastic bag. The bag shows information on the product as well as directions for use and a list of ingredients. My bag has an expiration date of 02/2026.
My sleep habits seem to go in spurts. Sometimes, I have a period of days where I sleep well. Other times, I have issues with poor, interrupted sleep for days on end. I never know what to expect when I retire for the night. Last night, there was a thunderstorm. I do not sleep well during thunderstorms, anticipating when loud thunderclaps might occur. In fact, I am sensitive to any intermittent noises. It seemed like a good time to try my new product.
Upon opening the bag of patches, I discovered two sheets of four patches each. Each sheet was perforated around each patch in the event the user wants to remove one patch along with its backing. I chose to leave the entire sheet intact and just peel off one patch. This was easy to do by inserting my fingernail between the patch and its backing. I then stuck the patch to my lower inner arm, making sure it was well stuck in place. This was an easy process. The patches are free of fragrance. Somehow, I expected them to be soaked in essential oils, but that is not the case. The patches are also transparent, so they are pretty much invisible. With my patch comfortably in place, I went to bed. Surprisingly, I slept well. I was awakened by some loud thunder at one point, but I was able to go right back to sleep. Usually, that would create a bit of tension, keeping me awake for a while. I do not recall anything like that, meaning I just returned to sleep without thinking about the thunder. This morning, I removed the patch, which was painless. It had remained intact throughout the night. There were a few spots of glue remaining on my arm after removal, but I simply pressed the glue side of the patch up and down against the remaining glue to pull off the remnants. No marks were left on my arm.
In summary, I got a pretty good night’s sleep. Was it because of the patch? I cannot say. I had not slept well the night before, but that would not guarantee a good night’s sleep the following day. As I said, I can go several days with poor sleep. I suppose that kind of unpredictability is the reason for the disclaimer required by the FDA that is printed on the packaging. In the meantime, I will continue to use my relax patches when I feel my sleep for the night might be compromised. I like them, and 8 patches will certainly provide me with more information about their effectiveness. I will not, however, use them daily. I will reserve them for such nights as last night, when there was a disturbance of some sort that would compromise my ability to sleep.
I am happy to recommend these relax patches to anyone who would like to try something that might be of assistance and that will likely cause no harm in the process. I find them easy to remove from their backing, easy to apply, and easy to remove from my skin. Additionally, there are no worries about the side effects of the usual sleep aids that require ingestion. Hopefully, you will experience what I did, which was a decent night’s sleep even with a thunderstorm.

These relax patches are easy to use. Just peel one off the sheet and place it on the inside of your wrist. It stays in place all night long with no issues and is easy to peel off in the morning. Scent is not overpowering and I tend to sleep with my hands near my face alot. I did feel like I was able to fall asleep faster and stayed in a deeper sleep longer when using them on the overall.

I don’t always like taking melatonin or other medication to help me get to sleep. These sleep patches worked surprisingly well. I would put these on before I started washing up for the night (usually about an hour to 1.5 hours before bed). After getting into bed and winding down (i.e. catching up on emails, reading a book, etc.), I would find my body start to relax making it much easier to fall asleep. The patches are super thin and basically didn’t feel them. When I peeled it off the following morning, I would use soap and water to remove an excess adhesive. The patches didn’t irritate my skin or anything. I used them primarily at home, but they’re so thin that they’re easy to pack for travel. I really like these and would get them again.

I put this on my wrist at 11:50am and by 2:30 it’s was already coming off. It does not stick. Do not waste your money on such a poor product.
