The product came exactly as it appears. It tastes like wood dust but that’s to be expected. I started by mixing it with water but it did it mix too well so I just fry scooped eventually. Did not come with a scoop so you’ll need your own.
As far as the actual benefits of this, it either requires a long term commitment or the results were just not very significant. Have been using it for over a month and I can’t say I’ve felt a noticeable change in energy or health. Definitely can’t hurt though. Overall, a good product if you’re exploring mushroom powders, but I wouldn’t expect significant results.

I work from home and some days have a hard time focusing, or just get general brain fog. I decided to try this in the mornings before starting work. It is a GAME CHANGER. I truly feel more focused and less brain fog on days when I take this versus when I don’t. I’ve never taken anything like this in the past, so I wasn’t sure how/if it would work for me, but I’m so excited that it does! The powder itself has sort of a mild dirt taste. I actually just mix it with a little bit of water and take it like a shooter to get it down. I saw some people add it to their coffee or other full drinks, but I prefer taking it as a quick shooter. This is definitely becoming a staple in my every day morning routine!

Product itself is great, gives a great boost of energy mentally, if that makes sense. It’s also a great probiotic, if you know what I’m saying.
My issue is the obvious lack of product in the bag, definitely not anywhere close to 45 servings. I thought I was losing my mind until I read others reviews saying they had the same issue. Thats not cool. The price per serving is essentially double when you consider what you pay for vs what you get, and I’m not ok with such deceptive practices.
I really like the product, but that’s a deal breaker for me. Do better, Laird.

General: For a while now i have struggled with fog-brain. Idk if there’s a better term for that, but my brain just feels foggy and useless. Caffeine doesn’t help, energy drinks don’t help, food hasnt helped. Sleep is obviously the best answer to this, but some of us struggle with sleep.
So i heard that these Mushroom powders can help and decided to give this one a try. It works! Clears my head up, gives clarity and mental focus. So i decided i would leave an honest review.
Pros:
-Cleared up my “brain fog”
-Has next to no taste, i mix it into my coffee, don’t even notice it. I’ve also tried it in cranberry juice and orange juice. Same result.
-Sustained energy/focus. NOT burst energy like with energy drinks or tons of caffeine. This is a level sustained energy. Obviously nothing replaces actually sleeping!
-Price to serving ratio! 45 day supply, great value!
Cons:
-does not dissolve… i mean, it’s mushrooms. So every sip you take, stir/shake it up.
-Gritty. This is along the same path as what i already said. Its kind of like drinking a little bit of sand. Dont take that to seriously though. It’s by no means nasty. But its gritty. This personally doesn’t bother me one bit.
Overall: I, this random reviewer on Amazon that you’ve never met, do recommend this product. I’m about half way through my first bag, and I’ll be going back for more. It is now a part of my daily routine!
