I am lactose intolerant. I have eaten Lactaid like M&Ms for almost 10 years. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don’t. I couldn’t enjoy ice cream at the Fair because sometimes Lactaid works and sometimes I have explosive stomach. I couldn’t have a milkshake, unless I could drink it at home. Someone recommended these “little cow pills” to me and I have bought them a few times now. They have NEVER failed me. I can take my kids to the ice cream parlor, and get ice cream, too! Bonus: the container is adorable.

Very good product but a bit pricey after repeated purchases, I recommend the larger bag and you can refill the little tin to keep things convenient.
