Research is kinda confusing on just how well absorbed lacatoferrin is so liposomal is a good idea just in case. Based on the quantity you get in this brand it’s the best deal on the market. i actually felt some significant increase in energy on this probably due to helping with pathogens and also use iron better. I was impressed and I have spent 15 years researching and trying all kinds of supplements. This is a nice one to cycle here and there each year or use as part of a protocol. I follow one practitioner and he has found it to be excellent at helping liver and gall bladder which everyone should always be focusing on optimizing. Love this company for the value and potent delivery of their products.

It’s good quality and the ingredients were thoughtfully put together to maximize absorption. However, in most studies enteric coated capsules were used. I do have empty capsules so I transfer the contents over, but it’s an added step and cost.

I purchased this supplement to help boost my immune system and aid in avoiding iron deficiency after undergoing two surgeries in a row. The tablets don’t have an oxygen absorber so they a stuck tightly together. The product is completely unusable. I have purchased this product in the past, and it was bad then as well, but now, I can’t even separate one tablet from another. To make matters worse, Amazon said this product is not returnable.
