    First of all, the product is great, turn around time was also good. BUT, there was no insulation in the box, and only a very small cold pack with it. And this ships from California. It is suppose to stay cold. It was probably very hot even before it left the shipper. And from California to Michigan, there’s no way to keep it cool. The way it was packaged. The box was very sturdy. Just inadequate insulation and cooling.
    Other than that, it would have been a 5 star review.

    My product didnt come refrigerated. At all. Wrapped in bubble wrap and in an Amazon bag. It clearly states product should be reglfrigerated.
    I do like this product and have used it before. Keeps me feeling balanced.

    great product but they keep raising the price so I went to other brands that are just acidophilus but $10 cheaper.

    Updating this review: the seller mailed without refrigeration and they said the manufacturer told them this is suitable that they put enough strain in the product to endure some lapses of refrigeration. I get that, but I do think that care of a product and maximizing potency should include refrigeration.

    This is the perfect probiotic for me. I have Celiac and am on the SCD diet. This is gluten free and tiny, so very easy to swallow.

    I love this product, but it came in the mail with a cold pack to keep the pills cold and the pack was warm when I opened the box. These pills need to stay cold, so I don’t know if they were ruined in the mail or not.
