I enjoy finally buying more dairy pills since I stopped buying them in-store. I have not tried this brand before, but so far it’s been pretty effective! I match this with some gas pills since even if you were to consume dairy and avoid stomach aches, it still produces gas.
The only downside is definitely the price, but I bought these on Feb 28th and didn’t need a refill until April 22nd. This includes giving like 30ish away to my mom to use on her own. 3/5 on value for money, Definitely a 5/5 for effectiveness though! The taste is pretty bland, but since you swallow them, it doesn’t really matter. Will buy again for sure, it’s my go-to now.

This has been my first and only lactase product for several years. Recently I find myself having to take one extra after every meal or dairy product and then another a few hours after the meal. Not sure what’s going on but I had to switch brands. I give it 4 stars because it has gotten me through several years of “could have been bad’ situations. Definitely recommend to anyone new to lactose intolerance. It’s easy to swallow with water. It will stick to your mouth if you don’t use a liquid. It’s very affordable and practically in every store. I like the bottle because it’s easy to travel with and they don’t get crushed like the paper packets. I still keep the paper packets in my car for those just in case moments.

I have used Lactaid for years for my lactose intolerance, and it allows me to enjoy most dairy products, except for the very rich ones, like cheesecake. No two people with lactose intolerance are the same. Some are lightly intolerant, others are extremely intolerant. I fall somewhere in the middle. I take two tablets just before I eat dairy, and two tablets when I’ve eaten half of it. This generally works well for me. If I am eating rich dairy foods, such as casseroles with lots of cheese, I usually take 2 tabs before eating, 2 tabs after I’ve eaten a third of it, and two more after eating two thirds of it. For me, it doesn’t work at all when I eat cheesecake, because it’s so heavily rich. Everyone is different though! You need to experiment with your intolerance levels, and adjust how much you take. I love being able to enjoy dairy products after I couldn’t for years, and these really do work.

So my wife has suffered with Lactose intolerance for a while now. I’m a good husband so I always kept her stocked with these Lactaid pills. Lactaid also makes chewable versions but she doesn’t like them.
Recently, I have been have some issues after eating dairy. To be honest, I was in denial. I mean, I’m old. Like really old. Anyway… after my wife saying I should try these before I ate dairy, I performed a test. You see, I am a retired High School Science Teacher and I didn’t want to just start taking these pills without some kind of data.
So… I got some yummy delicious Ice cream and at only that the other day. OMG was I sorry. Let’s just say I was indisposed for the afternoon. Heck, I was crippled over. Yes, I then took my wife’s advice and the next time I had dairy I popped three of these little miracle workers and, you guessed it, NO issues.
Too bad they can’t make these to look, feel and taste like gummies. Anywho, the pills are fantastic. Easy to take with a drink and just don’t eat dairy for more than like 30 minutes and you will be fine!
