I started taking them mainly for circulatory problems and possible dvt.
I did notice more energy and noticed my knees felt better and painfree!! I did however notice an elevated pounding in my heart every now and then but did not know if it was from the coffee or something else so i stopped taking them for a bit. Since i had to take antibiotics for a spider bite, i stopped taking them until i was done. During that time however, I noticed my knee pain came back (i have almost bone on bone on one knee).
I resumed taking them. My cholesterol has always been great, and Bp is not high, so may only do 2 x a week since i do need something for blood circulation. Incidentally, I did feel light headed a bit on two occasions so might be that BP went lower that i wanted- will see if 2x will not have that effect..
I read someone has used the freeze dried version and no heart pounding, so I will look into that closer to when I finish this packet. In the meantime, I am writing down my foods/caffeine and supplement intake and how I feel, in a journal.

For a week now, I’ve been taking it and have observed improved circulation in my hands and feet. Typically, I sleep with my hands under me due to them being cold, but lately, I haven’t needed to do so. Next week, I plan to keep track of my blood pressure to see if there is any reduction. Overall so far I’m pleased….
Update…. After several months of consistently taking this supplement and making small changes in my diet, I have observed a definite decrease in my blood pressure.

This Nattokinase is manufactured in Japan where it has been used for a long time supporting heart health. I use it everyday to help support healthy blood circulation.
I suggest you read more about this product. There are reviews onYouTube you make wish to listen to. I am a heart patient looking for excellent natural support to reduce plaque, blood pressure and cholesterol. I do use pharma drugs but I am not totally dependent on them. I use a number of other natural supplements with little to no side effects. You read and decide for yourself. It is you health. I wish you the best health.

I, recently, purchased my second order of this supplement! It exceeded my expectations! I am on the maximum dose of valsartan and on metoprolol 25 mg daily. I developed hypertension in my 50s after I started taking Pentasa for Crohn’s disease. I am sixty years old. My BP, on average, ranged in the 130s/90s. Several weeks after taking Nattokinase NSK-SD+Elastin F, I went to my gastroenterologist to get an Entyvio infusion to treat Crohn’s. I was shocked when the nurse told me that my blood pressure was 126/84. I expected it to be elevated because I injured my lumbar spine. Driving to my doctor’s aggravated my injury. They had to put me in a wheelchair. Everyone advised me to go to the hospital. I insisted on getting my infusion because I had missed my appointment to get my infusion the week before. I did not want my Crohn’s to get worse. You can imagine how stressed I was when they wheeled me to get my vitals. I expected my BP to be in the 140s/90s at least! I could not believe it when the nurse told me that my BP was 126/84! Yesterday, I had an appointment with my gynecologist. My BP was 116/80!! I could not believe it. The only difference that I am doing is taking this supplement. This supplement will be a staple in my diet. Glory to GOD!! I highly recommend this supplement for those who are taking antihypertensive medications and still have elevated a BP. I am a pharmacist and felt comfortable taking this medication. You may want to talk to your doctor fist. Also, do not stop taking your prescribed medication! Take this in addition to you prescribed medication like I do.

I started taking this product about 2 months ago, taking 1 capsule to start. Almost immediately I did begin feeling some brief “shooting pains” in different parts of my body that I attributed to the product working, as other reviewers described. I was taking the product for circulation boosting and blood pressure management. Completely unexpectedly, fairly severe lower back pain that I’d been doing daily TENS treatments for completely disappeared. My 30 year back pain vanished; I have no idea why this product would do that, but it did, as I made no other changes to my lifestyle. I even quit doing the TENS treatments entirely. Unfortunately, though, this product worked almost “too well” at boosting my circulation. I began experiencing within days what seemed like a POUNDING heartbeat, which provoked some anxiety as I felt like I was having a heart attack or something. It was a very unpleasant feeling to feel your heart pounding and racing all of the time. I also note the product had no appreciable impact on my blood pressure during the 2 months I took it. Therefore, it was with some regret, but I had to cease using this product due the pounding racing heart feelings. I note only one other reviewer noted similar result, so this may not happen to you, and I do overall recommend the product. I am still hell bent on finding Natto that works for me, and I have switched to freeze dried Natto powder that I put in a smoothie, and which does not trigger the pounding heart. But the back pain is back! Sigh. Overall I’m going to rate this product highly because I cannot deny the way it got my blood moving!
