I’ve been taking this Lysine supplement every day for the past two weeks and I’ve suffered no detectable ill effects or issues. As far as detectable positive effects, I can’t say that I’ve noticed anything specific, but supplements like this are more for long term health. The price seems to be okay for a Lysine supplement.

I found this L-Lysine is easy to take and have not had any side effects/upset stomach when taking it. I can’t measure the immune response or anything so hard to say the difference it is making in that department, but I think it is helping!
