What can I say? EPN does it again! I’ve tried almost every one of their products and all of them have been nothing short of exceptional. If you don’t have L-Glutamine in your supplement stack then what are you doing? There are some days where I get 15-20g of Glutamine. 5 in the morning, 5 preworkout, 5 postworkout and 5 before bed. I definitely enjoy it on an empty stomach to help with gut health also. This is one of the most important amino acids out there. If you want to optimize your recovery then get this today. Mixes well and no flavor!
