These are important amino acids that the body needs. L-Arginine and l-citrulline. Good to have. And necessary to replace as you use them up doing activities such as work Sports Etc it is easy to absorb I think and just use the dropper several drops in your mouth and then swallow and it is easy to take. No matter what you put these drops in, they taste weird. Not *bad*, just…. weird. The aftertaste is worse, and it lingers.
Taking these drops upset my stomach *a little*. If I were seeing good results, the stomach upset wouldn’t be a dealbreaker, since it’s mild. But I don’t really notice any results.
Also, it’s sticky.

I am a avid Amino Acid fan and L-Arginine & L -Citrulline are two of my favorites. They work together too really get your blood pumping. The 2 best for nitric oxide production. I really like this Think Above brand because it is so easy too take and it works fast! It has vitamin B-12 too which is a great energy & mood booster. I am having better more vigorous workouts and enjoying it more.
