I have bought this several times in the past, each time the product was a white chalky tablet. If you look at other reviews, all the tablets are white and chalky. The product I just received is a red capsule (see photos), this product is listed as “Not Eligible for Return”, that means I am out $22.95! Let’s consider the implications of selling a random and completely unknown product…am I allergic to it?!? What is it exactly? This indicates there is gross incompetence in the place where it is made…OR…..an intentional deception to rip off the consumer!! Not to mention the first time buyer that doesn’t know this supplement is supposed to be white!! This company is playing Russian Roulette with peoples health and lives! I will never buy anything from Basic Greens! Spread the word!!

Arginine has long been a go-to for performance. As a cyclist I can tell a difference with virtually all of my regimen, including Arginine.
Seems to work well, and has a whopping dose of it, so that can’t hurt.
Only drawback is that it’s a mammoth pill, and not coated. So you’ll either want to cut it, or get really good at forcing these babies down. I’m decent at it, but find myself choking up a bit more than others I’ve used.
Otherwise it does very well.

I have had good luck with effectiveness of this product in the past but the last bottle I received had a bunch of crumbled pills in them. Some of it is powder. I am piecing together the pieces to take three pills. I have lost a few pills since they ended up as powder. I am hoping they are not old- can’t find an expiration date on them.

Not sure what everyone is complaining about as far as the size. They’re not THAT big. And yeah, they aren’t coated, everyone wants a faster release until they get it and realize what that may mean. They are fine as far swallowing. Take 1 at a time if you need to. I’ve only stated taking them not even a week so not sure how well they actually work as far as workouts. I started taking them just for better blood flow in general. Veins seem to be popping out a bit more so I feel it’s doing something at least. Stop complaining about how big they are. You want a higher dosage? Might mean a bigger pill……should be an obvious assumption. I’ve seen vitamins the same size.

I have used many hundreds of these tablets without any problem, but my most recent bottle is almost unusable. Some time back, the format of these tablets was changed to a larger size than the earliest ones I had purchased. I have some difficulty swallowing large pills, so I started breaking them in half. That approach worked great until I received my most recent purchase. When I opened the bottle I immediately saw a difference: no cotton ‘padding’ on top. Maybe a different manufacturer? Also, when I would shake a couple out of the bottle, I would often get partial tablets, not broken in the middle but partway into the second ‘half’ of the tablet. I put one of these in my mouth and before I could get the cap off my water bottle and bring it to my mouth, the tablet had disintegrated into a horrible gritty mess. I gagged on it and it took multiple swallows of water to wash it all down. Afterwards my throat felt like I had swallowed sandpaper, and I was coughing for some minutes. The only way I would consider taking any more of these would be to crush them up completely and mix them in some applesauce, like you would do for a small child.
I tried to return the remaining tablets to Amazon for replacement, but they are in the ‘not eligible for return’ category.

I’ve taken other L-Arginine for a few months. I don’t work out but really found myself rediculously low on energy. It used to drink two cups of coffee just to be ‘jittery awake’ I’m not a couch potato by any means either. Other brands also bring benefits, but this brand is silly good. I now have no problem with energy, I’m in a much better mood ALL day, and get REM sleep every single night, and sleep solid until my alarm wakes me. I also feel more relaxed, confident and social throughout the day.
This particular formulation really works the best for me, even though it’s for working out, which I haven’t done. But I’ve noticed my muscles have toned up and gained a little mass without actually working out. I’m thinking of working out now because I have the energy.
I take 2 of the 3150mG doses a day once in the morning and once in the afternoon.

Great supplement! I take 3 tablets on an empty stomach then wait a few minutes to eat a light snack and combine with a small pre-workout drink an hour before hitting the gym early mornings. After a couple weeks, my strength training workouts improved. These tablets can be hard to swallow but I recommend anyone to sip a good amount of water in the mouth while taking them. I get a great pump, blood flow, less soreness, and feel tightness all around my body. There is a difference with my physique and will continue taking these. Just stay consistent and be patient the results will come!

This Basic Greens L-Arginine 3000 is an inferior product. Out of 90 tablets of this bottle, I could only savage 49 tablets! Worst for my last bottle – only 36 tablets out of 90 tablets! The rest is either cracked or disintegrated into powder! Don’t buy or you be deeply disappointed!

1st they need to fix the pill it breaks into powder easily. 2nd i used this product in the pass, and it wirk good, but the last 2 times i purchased this product i felt NOTHING, so not sure what they did with this product but I won’t be buying it anymore. Its Ashame
