L-Glutamine is a great complementary supplement for the daily weightlifting grind! It helps promote protein synthesis which helps with recovery and growth. The problem is, a lot of manufacturers don’t get these powders right. Primal does.
This mixes super quickly in my shakes. It dissolves fast and doesn’t leave a gritty texture or bad taste in my mouth. I honestly can drink a protein shake with or without this, and it tastes identical.. and that is what you want!
So for me, it is a no-brainer to recommend Primal L-Glutamine Powder. If you studied the science behind the supplement, and you try it yourself, you’re more than likely going to see a difference after six weeks. Less sore, some added strength, and a quicker recovery. All while taking something that is odorless, tasteless, and quick to mix!

This glutamine is unflavored and therefore can be mixed easily into your protein shake. For 100 servings, the price is fair and reasonable. Like most supplements, you don’t see instant results, so I am expecting that it will do what it is supposed to do over time. It’s a good buy.

This is a canister that came well sealed with 100 servings of L-Glutamine powder in it. I passed this one to my wife who has fitness goals right now with building more lean muscle mass. She said it dissolves great in water or her protein shake. It has no taste at all. No grittiness or clumps. She likes this one more than others that she has used and will probably continue to use this one from here on in. Ive heard trustworthy things about this company too and I like that it is tested before sold. Nice product that she is happy with. Fair price too!

I take this as a pre workout drink and mix it in my protein pre workout shake. It has no flavor, so it does not affect my drinks at all, I take about 30 minutes before my workouts and do find that I get an extra boost of energy and am able to do more repetitions than normal. It does mix very well also. I did not notice any increase in muscle gain but have noticed that my strength has improved somewhat. I would definitely recommend this supplement to anyone.

This glutamine is the best I have found! This is my 4th brand and I will stick with this company from now on! I add the powder to my shakes, smoothes, even tea or water and do not taste it at all! It doesn’t change the consistency or taste, however so far has shown me great results on my health journey
