Excellent product and wish we had started taking it a long time ago. From the first night, we both experienced noticeably better sleep. My husband said he fell asleep quicker, slept deeper, and fell back asleep faster after getting up in the middle of the night. This wasn’t even the reason we bought this product, but what a great bonus! My husband and I have been mixing it in with our protein and Naked creatine shakes each day. It basically disappears as soon as it hits the water (so does the Naked creatine). It also has no discernable taste. Will definitely buy again when we run out.

It’s a good product, but a little pricy. I’m going try some cheaper brands that offer ‘clean glutamine’ to see if there’s a noticeable difference.

I bought this to help repair my stomach pain from too much OTC Pain relief and OTC anti acids wasn’t working. As soon as i receive this it was really large jar for the price comparing to other brands. But i had used creatine powder from this company and was pleased. So opening the jar lid is the worst. Took me a good 5 minutes. Now I just just the top on I don’t close it it is a pain to open and with the safety open the powder will surely fly all over. i took my first scoop with water. It tasted a little sweet and pleasant! And, best of all it seems to sooth my stomach . I mean calm my stomach pains down Within minutes. I’m very excited to see how it will also help with all the other benefits of taking this supplement! highly recommended!

My naturopath recommended L-Glutamine for suspected leaky gut. My first two criteria were that it needed to be vegan and gluten-free. Check and check. The third is that it needed to be corn-free. I checked several products, and even contacted some manufacturers, including Naked. Theirs was the only L-Glutamine I found that was derived solely from beets and not also from corn. WIN! I’ve been adding a scoop to my daily smoothie (it doesn’t really taste like anything). It’s not the only thing I’ve been doing to solve my issues, so I can’t specifically say it works, but I have been getting better, so I can only assume it is helping. Great value – one container lasts more than 6 months.

I take it to help with gut issues and the amt of protein I am taking. This doesn’t taste like ANYTHING and it doesn’t have an effect on the water consistency. I take 4 scoops a day. It causes me to be very regular – to say the least. Every time I eat and then some.
