These vitamins held such promise to someone who has a family history of diabetes. They are large, chewable tablets and the recommended dosage is 6 tablets per day so each bottle would last 30 days. I don’t know if I could’ve managed 6 a day, but I thought I would try to take 2 of them before each meal. Unfortunately, the bottle that I was sent has an expiration date of 11/22/2022 and I was not able to test their effectiveness.

One thing that I like about this supplement is that it has both vitamin C and zinc. I like to take both anyway and this simplifies it. Easy to swallow and had no side effects from taking it.

These have good ingredients so I wanted to try them but it’s not easy to chew these things. I’ve been just taking them without chewing which should be fine. I think I need to stay away from chewables in general as they’re too chalky and hard to eat.

Large half inch across tablets but easy to chew and taste great. the ingredients are good even though there is some sugar alchohol they also have xylitol which is a healthier sweetner and okay for teeth. However, I don’t want to leave these on my teeth as they have vitamin c which is an acid so not good to keep on enamel. The taste is sweet with a little tart and a light berry flavor but more bright almost minty. The downside is that you can’t leave them on teeth and they are chalky so but easy to swallow with a bite of yogurt or something. God bless you!

The recommended use for these supplements is six tablets per day, and they’re big tablets. They’re also chewable, which on one hand is good, because I think they’re probably too big to easily swallow, but in the other hand not so good, because I really do not like the taste.
YMMV on the taste front, so I’ll try to describe it. Vaguely fruity and rather salty, kind of like a sports drink, with a metallic aftertaste of zinc. If you’ve ever used one of those zinc and echinacea products for colds then you’re familiar with the zinc taste. They’re not horrible by any means, just not something I like, which makes me less likely to use them faithfully for the intended health benefit. If you like sports drinks and don’t mind the zinc aftertaste then the health benefits aspect may be right up your alley.
