Supplements that support brain health strike me as especially mysterious. Trying to ascertain what works and how is difficult at best. I’ve always thought that the impact of supplements on brain function must be – by definition – especially subtle in its effects. Any supplement that is particularly overt in its impact on brain activity might be too unsettling.
This supplement appears to fit my preconceived notions about brain and mood supplements. After several weeks of use, I’ve noticed a difference in mood, outlook and clarity of thought. The impact hasn’t been dramatic but it has been noticeable. Mood and clarity seem to have a symbiotic relationship: they work together because a brightened mood makes clarity of thought much easier to achieve, and vice-versa.
The impact of these gummies has been noticeable without being dramatic. I’ll continue taking them and see if the effect has staying power or if it’s merely transitory. These gummies are soft and easy to chew and swallow, with no digestive issues afterwards. The blueberry flavor is mild without being cloyingly sweet. These gummies are sugar-free with natural blueberry juice providing a very gentle sweetness. I appreciate that and wish more gummy supplements used that natural approach.

There’s always an element of trust that goes into taking a supplement. This isn’t regulated by the FDA, but none are. It is the right dose for those needing methylated folate, and it also contains B6 and B12 in absorbable forms. If you like the taste of blueberry medicine, it tastes like candy. The “natural” blueberry juice likely has added sugars in it, although per the nutrition label not enough to be countable. The container come securely wrapped and has a safety top for children. But still, as these have a good taste, be careful about storage so kids don’t consume them. For the price point, if they work, it’s a good item. If they work, I’d buy them again. I don’t see any cons beside it being an unregulated supplement – which all are.
