My husband and I started working out with a trainer and we have been sore for days. I was at the point of stopping my workouts because my muscles were too sore. I purchased this product and we have been going strong with our workouts. It has taken the soreness out of our muscles and allow us to continue working out. It also allow us to have more energy. There’s not a day that we go without taking at least two tablets twice a day. There’s been a couple times that my husband and I forgotten to take a dose or two. We definitely know the difference without it, sluggish, and don’t want to do anything. We are very happy with this product. This is the second purchase of the freeform L citrulline but I’ve Botton from Zazzee naturals. I appreciate their emails that I get from them in regards The best times to take the L citrulline and where to start with dosages and the minimums and the extremes.
I feel like I get a better workout and or some people call it a better pump when working out but I feel like my endurance has gotten better with the product. I also use the L citrulline for basic health issues in my morning supplements. I’ve never had a blood pressure issue, but everything I’ve read about this just helps for circulation and keeping your vascular system healthy.

If taken as directed, this seems to work. I take two caps a day between meals. A born skeptic, I thought here goes nothing, but after a couple days my energy level was much better– the ‘weighted down’ feeling I had was lifted. I have done some research on L-Citrulline Malate, so I wasn’t half blind when I ordered the product. Jazzee Naturals also e-mailed me additional information on it with a follow up, and that was very helpful. I may have found a user friendly company.

I am a big fan of L-Citrulline, as it increases nitric oxide synthesis and elevates L-Arginine levels. L-Arginine deficiency is tied to a variety of health issues, and supplementing
with L-Arginine itself is not as effective as many might think, as it is far less bioavailable than L-Citrulline and follows different pathways for absorption and metabolism. There are multiple therapeutic uses for this supplement, but since the medical recommended dosage is 3g or more (where studies have used up to 10g daily), I have made the decision to take four pills – two in the morning and two in the afternoon (this is not my expert medical advice, just do your own research and ask your doctor what is right for you!). As always, be careful, as taking large doses may not be a great idea if you already have low blood pressure or take any medications for it. Also, although I am all for getting most of my nutrients from food sources – and L-Citrulline is largely found in watermelons – studies indicate you would have to eat at least ~ 2.5 lbs to successfully obtain full therapeutic benefits. That’s a lot of watermelon. In my opinion, a daily 3g supplementation has been the reason why my systolic blood pressure has gone from a stubborn, stress induced 120+ to a steady range of 110 – 112 after several days. No other lifestyle or dietary changes have happened during that same period. Folks, there is plenty of evidence from respected studies supporting L-Citrulline’s ability to regulate blood pressure. I do have more energy now, which lasts for several hours. I do not believe this is a placebo effect either, as science backs this up. Also, over the years I have thoroughly researched and tried a significant amount of supplements for a variety of benefits (many of which did not significantly work for me), and I have to say this one in particular is on my top-five list. Finally, for full disclosure, please note I have purchased this supplement at full price, and this is a completely independent review. I have spent thousands of dollars on all types of supplements and honestly just want to share what works / or not with my fellow Amazonians!
