I’ve only been taking the supplement for about 10-12 days, but so far no issues. There really is no smell and very little odor, especially on the breath. I take these with food, but you really want to take them in the middle or before the meal. i.e. don’t take them post meal as they can “sit” a little, especially if the meal was large. I’ve yet to notice any significant benefits, but I feel this supplement, and especially the Coq10 is preventative and more of an insurance policy. Certainly, the supplement is everything it has claimed to be, and I will likely continue to take it over the coming months.

I received the product on time as promised. I have taken the product, and have to say it is a high quality garlic suppliment. No burping garlic as with other products I have taken. No harsh smell when opening the bottle. I will reorder this product.

Garlic is so important for maintaining healthy circulation and CoQ10 is recommended for heart protection yet both aid in boosting the immune system as well. I take one of these and one of the Kyolic Immune system capsules everyday. I have used Kyolic products for years and they are the best at bringing capsuled garlic to the marketplace! I still remember the good ole days when we ate raw garlic buds to get the same results! If I remember correctly, people avoided me back then except for my friends who were doing the same thing! There is no smell!

I have been taking this product, daily, 2 pills, since early August, 2020, because of concern over the effects of antibiotics I had a few months before. I had my blood pressure taken at a doctor appointment yesterday and my blood pressure had dropped significantly since April. Both upper and lower numbers dropped 8-10 points.
