Perfect for many use, foot shoulder ,knee all you need. Last 2 to 5 day depend of the placement. The glue of the tape is really tough but easy to remove. Great price, good quality.

This excellent Ortho/exercise tape is especially useful on knees! KT tape has some online videos about how to wrap tape around arthritic knees – a technique that really works well. The tape is tough and lasts for a few days. I only wish it was a little less expensive! I do love the pink version!

This was my first time using athletic tape, but I’m very pleased with it. It helped with light/moderate support for my knee pain w/o getting in the way or hindering my movement while playing pickleball. I do suggest you wipe the location w/ rubbing alcohol before applying so it sticks better. And it only lasted one day for me, it would be nice if it lasted after showering, but it did not last for me, it started peeling off right away.

I started suffering from plantar fasciitis and came across a listing for synthetic KT tape through an email. I’d never seen this before and couldn’t quite stomach the price on the synthetic tape when I had no idea if it would offer me any relief. I found the cotton tape here on Amazon with prime shipping so I took a chance and ordered it. Oh my, best decision of the month! I watched a bunch of YouTube videos for application tips and taped up my foot, not expecting much. It did help right away but where I really noticed was my first few steps after getting out of bed after waking. I could walk without feeling the awful pain I had been experiencing each morning. It was wonderful!
I’m able to wear the tape for 3-4 days if I’m careful with my application. Clean, dry skin! The cotton tape doesn’t like to stick to itself nearly as well as the skin so I have to pay special care to where my ends start and stop to prevent it from peeling back. I always try to remember to put a sock on that foot at bedtime to prevent the sheets from rolling the tape back as I climb into bed and move around. Showering is usually not an issue for releasing the tape unless I’m on my last day wearing it. I usually pull it off carefully in the shower if I’m planning on changing it out that day. I have not tried it swimming but I’ve walked in muddy areas barefoot and it was ok. I haven’t had any issues with skin tearing at all like some people have reported. It isn’t like pulling a bandaid off quickly, yikes, please don’t do that!
I just recently went hiking in the mountains on some pretty intense terrain that last year left me hobbling out with Achilles tendonitis and serious issues walking for weeks. This year, with my tape and lots of massaging and stretching I was able to handle our long days of hiking without ANY adverse effects. Sure, my feet were sore, but the tape saved my butt (well, actually my foot). The proof was walking the next day without any additional pain.
I’ve tried another brand for comparison but still prefer the KT tape. The precut strips are perfect for me-I can just rip off a few strips and bring them with me when traveling and don’t have to worry about cutting sections off a roll as I have to do with the other brand I’ve tried. When I run out I will be trying the synthetic KT tape next. I know I won’t regret it.
