I don’t have a very elaborate skincare routine but I find that having switched to gentle face cleansing at night followed by some simple skin oils (like squalene) has helped to mostly eliminate hormonal outbreaks of adult acne which I used to get before changing my routine. I have combination to dry skin, which is why I avoid cleansers that are very drying or leave a tight feeling after – and because my skin dries out fast, especially in winter, I have to be very quick about applying toners and/or moisturizers afterwards because they won’t sink in well on totally dried out skin. This hyaluronic acid cleanser has a very subtle ‘cool water’ scent that lingers gently on the skin after, and a gel-like texture that creates a light lather and washes off easily without residue. You don’t need a lot of product to cleanse your face, just a pea-sized amount is enough. I wouldn’t say that this product is moisturizing on its own, but hyaluronic acid is a humectant so it works to draw existing moisture towards itself and your skin (conversely if you don’t moisturize in time and lock it in, it can draw water *out* of your skin towards the exterior). It does have the effect of giving me enough of a time window that I can apply skincare oils without drying out beforehand. I don’t buy that many K-beauty skincare products because they are often too ineffective for me but overall I liked this cleanser.

I am a huge fan of Korean skin care. I feel like it was made for my skin. You only need a very small amount. The size of a pea to cleanse your entire face. The lather is perfect and you instantly feel like it’s cleansing your face. Once you rinse with warm water, you skin will feel clean and hydrated. It didn’t leave my face feeling dry at all. Add your daily serums and moisturizer and you’re good to go. The scent smells refreshing and I am a huge fan of this cleanser!

This cleanser has a powdery scent. The squeeze bottle is easy to use, and just dispense a little bit at a time. It foams up easily with warm water, and rinses clean. It leaves my skin feeling soft and supple. It doesn’t cause my combination skin to break out, like some cleansers containing oil do. This gel cleanser will be great for summer, when my skin’s oil production increases.

This cleanser is a nice gentle cleanser with a really mild scent that you almost can’t even smell it. A little goes a long way with this product. It didn’t lather right away when I was rubbing it against my hands but as soon as I applied it on my face and and worked it in a circular motion the foam started to thicken. Maybe I didn’t use enough but I wanted to make sure not to overuse that I might get a bad reaction. So far though, no bad or allergic reactions. My face felt really clean and soft, no residue. This cleanser is super hydrating and moisturizes well. Absolutely highly recommend!

I like this gel cleanser a lot. It is very easy to open and use. You only need a little bit so the gel should last awhile. It foams up nicely. It really makes my face feel clean and fresh after I use it.
With some other cleansers I use my face will still feel oily after use, but this gel cleanser really makes my face feel 100% clean and fresh. It takes off my makeup easily. It also takes care of any grease or oils accumulated throughout the day. It leaves my skin feeling very smooth. And the scent is very subtle so even I don’t mind it and I’m sensitive to scents.
It’s a great cleanser and I definitely recommend it!

Products containing hyaluronic acid can do miracles for hydrating and plumping up dry skin making it look amazing. Living in a dry desert climate, I was always jealous of people achieving those great results because products with hyaluronic acid can do the opposite of amazing things where I live because it draws moisture from skin instead of the environment. I thought I was doomed to be left out of the wonders hyaluronic acid could do until I learned how I could use it in my environment. Since then, I have scooped up all kinds of products with this extraordinary ingredient and K-Secret Hyaluronic Acid Cleanser is the perfect compliment to a hyaluronic acid rich skin care regimen.
This gel cleanser feels great while I am using it and it continues to feel great when I am done. It has a fresh scent and a little really goes a long way towards creating a rich lather that leaves my face feeling clean, smooth and super hydrated. After I finish washing my face, I apply a water gel moisturizer on damp skin followed by a heavier, more occlusive moisturizer to seal it all in while providing a source of moisture for the hyaluronic acid to draw from instead of my skin. I’m certain this product works so much better in a humid climate but I’m just happy to be able to benefit from it at all. It provides a moisturizing base for me to build on and my skin looks better for it.

I really liked this cleanser. It cleaned well without leaving any dirt or residue. It lathered well and smelled nice. Usually, when a cleanser says it is hydrating I don’t actually notice much hydration. This was not the case with this cleanser! My skin felt so hydrated and bouncy after using this! It was also gentle enough for my sensitive skin and did not cause breakouts of acne. So I would say this is definitely a good cleanser.
