So I’ve been struggling with KP since I was 16 and have tried a lot of things to help alleviate it including using other popular branded ones other people praise highly, but this one… this one is GREAT for me!
I have sensitive skin..I usually get KP on my arms, chest and recently on my thighs, this has helped so much! I not longer have any sign of bumps on my thighs, my chest is clear, my shoulders are smooth and my arms look so much better!
I’ve been using this for about two weeks now and the results show such an improvement for what it was before. I wish I took a photo of a before to show the difference but I honestly didn’t think about doing that. (Would’ve helped show everyone how well this worked for me obviously)
On top of this providing great results and making me near clear of KP in just two weeks, the price is GREAT!
I will also let you know that on top of me using this product and getting great results my routine is as follows:
Use the scrub in shower
Wash with PH balancing body wash
Moisturise with gold bond ultimate (rough and bumpy daily therapy cream) that comes in a tub.
This combo is what has helped provide my with better, texture, bump free skin. I hope if you try this that you also use it following a good moisturiser everytime other wise I don’t think it will show results as well so find a regime with this product that works for you and your skin type.
Will repurchase over and over again.

I like this product, the little exfoliating beads are tiny. However, I’ve struggled with KP my entire life and after trying this I’d say Apricot Scrub works the same or better for much less money.

I use it all over my body. Back, neck, arms, legs, chest and back. The smell is light & pleasant which is great because I hate perfume. It’s like a lite rose scent, natural which I love. The texture is great, it’s creamy but not greasy and feels nice on the skin. The scrub granules are really fine, smaller than sand grains, so you’re not pushing large rocks into your skin. I like that the bottle is LARGE and a good amount for the price, other brands have tiny bottles for a higher price. So for those of us who like to use a lot of product, and often, I highly recommend. Nice smooth skin everywhere!

I first saw this product on FB, a dermatologist was talking about so I figured give it a chances I’ve been using this 4 times a week now and it’s amazing!! I’ve got bumps on my arms and they’re finally slowly going away. I’ve been using it for a little over 2 weeks now. I figured I would wait to write a review till I notice any change. It’s great!!
Also if you get those strawberries legs from shaving, this helps big time!! That was one of my other issues and it’s actually make the strawberry look smaller and smaller.
Obviously it might take a few more weeks to completely be gone but honestly I’m really happy with my results so far.
P.S. if you shave your nethers it helps to apply this to the area after you shave. No more razor bumps or ingrown hairs. I love it!!

This is an imitation brand scrub. Does not have remotely as much exfoliating grit as the original.

I’ve used other KP products that sorta helped but didn’t give me the results I wanted. I’ve only been using the CIZ KP Bump Eraser Body Scrub for a few weeks and I’ve already seen results.
It’s recommended to use the body scrub up to 3 times per week. Every time you use it, you lightly scrub for 5 minutes.
This seemed like a lot to me but I move from each upper arm for my KP bumps and then to my thighs for my strawberry legs. So I rotate between those four areas during that five minutes. It’s enough for the product to work.
My KP bumps are almost completely gone. My strawberry leg issue is fading. I’m not gonna say it’s a miracle product or that it will work for you. But it works for me and I’ve dealt with KP my whole life.

I’m convinced that this has saved my legs. This is a must before shaving. I suffer from irritation and KP and this keeps m from having breakouts. I do follow my shave with a salicylic body wash so it might be the combo of the two plus a fragrance free shaving cream.
