I love this stuff. When I use it, it feels so good all over my body. When I get out of the shower, I feel like I don’t need lotion. This stuff makes my skin so soft and smooth. I will continue to buy this over and over again.

Customer service is top tier. While this product didn’t work for my super rough skin, it was gentle enough to use on my one year old who unfortunately has kp and mild eczema. 5 stars because customer service is consistent and communicative. You don’t see genuine concern from most companies when it comes to ratings and reviews. Anyone with sensitive skin who is seeking relief from those little red bumps, this is for you. It is not as drying as other formulas. I would recommend for kids, sensitive skin or very mild cases.

Rubs on nicely. Probably wouldn’t have bought it if I had read the directions to rub for 5 minutes. I only rub for a cpl minutes in the shower and can still see results.

Pros: 1. It lasts a long time. I use 1-2 times a week and lasted about 5 months.
2. Skin feels smooth and moisturized after using. And product dispenses easily and doesn’t dry up.
3. Good customer service.
Cons: I specially bought this for razor bumps and kp. Although I don’t have much KP, I find I barely noticed a difference with the KP and very little reduction in razor bumps.

I have tried every single brand under the sun for KP, all price points. This combined with a loofah was the only one that has worked for me. After one application, I had already noticed a huge difference. It smoothed the bumps so well, I could barely feel them. I don’t know what magic is being used, but a VERY frustrated KP patient is so much happier. I can run my hands down the top part of my arms now without cringing. It also got rid of some booty folliculitis!

So I’ve never had this problem but I just finished my second pregnancy in two years and my body is doing a lot of changing.
