This lip balm is moisturizing and softens lips. It feels nice and hydrating – I can feel it’s there but it’s not tacky. It helps to keep the chapping and cracking at bay. It lasts a reasonably long time, although I do need to reapply after eating.
It has a faint mint flavor, and does feel slightly cooling on the lips.

Hmmm I really wanted to like this product more. It has an odd herbally smell but it is faint and you do not really smell it once applied. I am fine with that. The tube casing is fine but bulky for what you get. The stick is fine. The issue I have is that with this stuff I have to reapply it. Even after just applying on my way out the door on my way to work – by the time I get to work – I need more – or another product for my lips to feel moisturized. Even shortly after I apply it – my lips are already requesting more.
I like that it is Vegan and that is why I got it. It glides on lips nicely but just doesn’t have long staying power that I was hoping for.

Why is it so expensive, I don’t understand.
This is a nice lip balm. I religiously apply lip balm all day long. Drinking coffee and water and tea all day long wipes balm away quickly.
With the heater, a/c, and air purifiers running it is not hard to dry the lips out. I apply. And reapply. And reapply. So where others say this isn’t long lasting, well I haven’t found a lip balm that lasts through constant drinking so it doesn’t bother me at all.
The balm is nice and lightweight. Absorbs readily into the skin. Great when paired with an occlusive balm over it to lock in the moisture. It feels nice.
You get a seemingly average amount.
It has no flavor or scent to it.
It’s a nice balm. I just don’t know why they want so much money for it. If it was half the price I could recommend it.

I periodically have issues with dry, cracked, and/or burning lips. I’ve tried most of the common brands, and when I see a new one, I usually jump at the chance to try it. I was doubly-excited to try this, as Korean skin care products are all the rage, and most that I’ve tried have been excellent.
This is packaged more like a lipstick than a lip balm. It comes sealed with a strange wrapper (I’ve never really felt a sticker/wrapper quite like it). I read that all packaging is biodegradable, so that explains why nothing feels like standard plastic.
The product itself appears just like the product pics. It’s a white stick that goes on smooth and clear. It goes on much more smoothly than, say, Chap Stick. It gives pretty good relief. I do find the house to be a bit high, but that would be my only complaint.

We live in the arid desert (which is, I suppose, what makes it a desert), and we (my wife and I) need to apply lip balm often.
My two primary complaints with lip balms are that many are hard and need to be softened before they spread and apply easily and that they often taste or smell bad.
This balm glides on very easily and evenly, right out of the tube. There is very minimal fragrance, and that, I assume, comes from the herbal oils used in its composition. Whatever there is of it, the taste is pleasant and hardly noticeable. There is no “chemical” taste; this is just enjoyable to put on your lips.
We are environmentally conscious but not radically so. However, the materials that comprise this balm, from the balm itself to the packaging, make us feel good about using it.
Although more costly than our other lip balms, in some cases 10x as much, it is clear that it is worth it to us. I think we’ve found our new lip balm.

I am not a fan of this. There is no bad smell and the texture is ok but it did not do anything for my lips. It lasted a very short time and was gone. The packaging is very cheap looking so you wonder about quality. There are a lot of better products out there.

I have allergies and need to know what it is things when I buy them. This item is from another country and had another language all over the labelling. I have no problem trying things but reading them is IMPORTANT, I was brave a few times and I didn’t die but the results weren’t so great that I would get this again. I would only recommend if you can translate the words or if they revamp the packaging.
