I REALLY wanted to like these. They came recommended from my doctor who monitors his sleep and said it doubled his REM sleep. I tried them 4X now and each time, they doubled or tripled the time it took for me to fall asleep. When I finally did fall asleep around midnight or 1am, I was knocked out like the dead. Upon waking, I was in a stupor for about an hour or two that gradually wore off. Not sure if it was the herbs clearing my system or just a lack of sleep. I’m bummed, I though this was going to be a miracle cure for me. Back to Unisom…

Sure, these patches make a mess, but what doesn’t?
Sleep is well worth it. I wake up and pull the patch off my arm and there’s always some slimy green goo adhered there. When I wash my face I also wash my alien arm patch.
The important part is that I sleep. Sleep aids are not cheap, so if you are hesitating due to money, I will say that other brands give me irritation and a rash that lasts for days, but the green goo actually protects my skin from rashes and it’s not an oral supplement which also get old to remember to take.
Can you put a price on sleep? I couldn’t anymore, so I wear these when I feel too restless and they do help.

I’m a Night Shift nurse and my ability to get a good night’s (well, day’s really) sleep is inconsistent at best, rarely I’ll get a good 6 hours but usually it’s 3 hours of spotty sleep tossing & turning until it’s time to go. I fell victim to the tik tok advertising that it’s guaranteed to work, and sadly that wasn’t the case for me (and it seems like many others). The reviews seem so be in consensus among people who actually have issues with sleep, that these don’t do anything. My sleep with the patch somehow was even worse, my usual inconsistent 3-6hrs became more regular while wearing the patch, but in a bad way. Everytime I wore the patch I fell asleep for 1-2hours before waking up m, restless, with my mind fixated on weird dreams/scenarios (the last time I used it for some reason I couldn’t get my mind off thinking about grading school papers..? I’m not a teacher??), it’s so frustrating I have to sit up and refocus, or take a walk to clear my mind. I’m then wide awake for 2-3 hours, I’ll fall asleep briefly, maybe a half hour, then wake back up restless and frustrated. I fall asleep again about an hour after waking only to be met with my alarm for work an hour after that. I wake up extremely groggy, with head fog, and the first couple hours at work in fighting to keep a clear mind.
The packaging advertised guaranteed to work or your money back, but that’s a lie. They don’t accept returns through Amazon and they had no responsive way to contact them listed in their packaging, so you’re stuck with what you get, which is a pseudo-science, ineffective, overpriced product, that at best doesn’t work and at worst makes your sleep time miserable.

My brother and boyfriend struggle with insomnia and I have looked high and low for different supplements that will help them. The problem is none of them work all night or they leave you feeling drowsy in the morning. This seems to be the answer and I am so happy. This is what I have been told from both my brother and boyfriend after their first month using it.
You will start to feel the affects about 30 min after putting the patch on.
Keeps you asleep all night.
As soon as you take the patch off in the morning the drowsiness is gone
The only possible downside is the stickiness stays on the skin unless you really scrub but someone said on here they use alcohol to wipe it off.
I just bought the focus and chill patches via their website because of how well the sleep patches work. Fingers crossed those are just as amazing!

I absolutely love the ease of application of this medication. Due to being a patch design you don’t have to worry about correct doseage. Doseage is all taken care of inside the patch, as well as meletonin releasing slowly through skin to allow for (generally speaking) longer uninterrupted sleep.
Doseage is contiuously metered while being delivered through this transdermal patch.
Where product looses a star for myself personally, is that while I have acheived 6-7 hours of sleep, problem is it isn’t continous unterrupted sleep. I have been able to acheive 2-4 hours of uninterrupted sleep, which is earth shaking for myself, lol. Also, the patches do leave quite a bit of residue behind. Although while there is a bit of scrubbing in the morning, I can honestly tell you I have not had a patch move or fall off. I move a lot at night, so a patch not moving and/or falling off is huge!
Greatest aspect and benefit of this product is concentration availabilty of medication. Benefit of meletonin transdermal is no lose of potency due to dilution by gastric juices, as a pill it moves through digestive tract.
Compliance is significantly higher as I don’t have to take additional pills before bedtime and then again in middle of night so I can continue to sleep my full 6-8 hours.
There also is no smell, which is awesome as I am very sensitive to sounds and smells.
My skin is exceptionally sensitive, as I am a red-head that is very fair skinned and to date I have had no reaction to the adhesive. Also, I have not had any drowsyness in the morning after wearing 6-8 hours, which aids in compliance.
Overall, an exceptional product in that I can actually get some better sleep than without patches.
Please be aware that these are my own personal experiences with this product after a month of useage. While some of my experiences may be the same as other individuals, please understand that every person will have their own experiences that could be the same or completely different.
Also, please ask a physician before using just to be safe. Medicines, even naturally derived medication, can have adverse interactions with other medications you may be taking internally or applying on your skin.
All in all I will continue to use and endorse the helpfullness of this product.
