Always hard to tell the effectiveness of supplements, but seems to work fine or at least comparable to similar products. Easy to mix and no off tastes. A little more expensive then others, but made in the USA and NSF certified gives a little more reliability in the product.

But, I can tell you after I ordered this product, the container arrived quickly, and seems to be exactly what it is supposed to. It is a good size container, and contains 90 servings. The ingredient are easy. It is glutamine, and nothing else. 5000 mg, per scoop.
if you take glutamine, this seems to be a great option. It is exactly what you were looking for, without any extras. Just pure glutamine. Easy to measure, easy to use. I cannot recommend you start taking some thing, but if you already take glutamine, this seems to be a great deal, a great product, and no extra stuff unnecessarily mixed in. And, I recommend you try this brand.

The powder dissolves quickly in water and doesn’t really have a taste or smell. I typically mix it with juice or a smoothie and can’t taste anything at all.
This supplement is expensive, but it is a 90-day supply, which makes the price a little more affordable. The recommended dose is 1 scoop of powder a day (the scoop is provided in the carton). If you are working out, it is best to take this post-workout as it may help your muscles recover more quickly. As with most supplements, it takes some time to see any results with regular usage, but this canister is a 90-day supply, which would give you time to see how it works for you.

One ingredient cited in this product: glutamine. What is glutamine?… well you can google but high level it’s an amino acid that the body produces that benefits all kinds of things like cardiovascular health, digestion, muscle recovery, etc.
Supplements are only as trustworthy as the brand making the representations. In this case for Klean Athlete and perused listings and noted they have a broad product line and many good reviews = legit vendor.
Usage-wise 1 scoop in liquid and drink. Seems fine to me.
Overall, at current price of $58 for 90 day supply (90 scoops), I rate 4-STARS in consideration of price/value/choices.

testing this out to hopefully help me be more productive in the gym as i am horribly out of shape. seems to be a reputable company with a good label with all important info on it. mixes easily and was tasteless – I mixed it into a smoothie. i’m sensitive to supplement taste so i really need things that have NO flavor and this fit the bill!

As somebody who takes protein powders since I go to the gym 6 days a week I figured this would be a nice additional supplement to add to my routine.
From taking my usual supplements and adding this on I never really saw any difference so I’m sure I do like this but I cannot attest for any of the positive benefits from it.
I do think it does have a unique taste that many might not like but I don’t mind it at all.
