Context: I’ve been strength training religiously for three years, 4-5 days a week, with years of prior experience. I also injured my shoulder in my first year, while taking no supplements.
Review: this is the first creatine supplement I’ve taken on its own, and besides my protein power, the first supplement I’ve added to my diet, and I have seen an immediate, and significant impact on my results. Within the first few weeks of taking it my injury has ceased being an issue in my training. Up until I started taking this supplement I was constantly having issues. I also strech a lot and get sports massages twice a month, which help, but this supplement helped significantly.
It mixes well enough into my protein shakes, both in my Shaker bottle or a coffee on off days, and in my blender with my post workout shake. The latter being superior, as the non-blended drinks require constant reconstitution (shake/stir). There’s no obvious flavor, which I prefer, compared to the pre-workout I have added to my diet.
The WORST part about this product, by far, is the scoop. The label says to take 5g (as do all the research I’ve done on creatine), but the scoop only fits 4g – or at least under 5g. I use a food scale every time I make my shake to get the right amounts and 100% of the time, I am only getting 4g with one scoop, even if the scoop is over flowing. I generally have to do 1.3 scoops to get 5g. I know this isn’t an issue with my scale, because I use my scale with dozens of other things and it’s always accurate.
Besides that, this product is great. Would recommend.

I was scared to try it at first because I hate powders. They’re chalky, grainy, and usually have a nasty taste, but this creatine is perfect. I mix it with flavored waters and you totally can’t even tell! I’ve also noticed a big difference in my physique. The muscle growth in the past 2 months of taking this has been incredibly obvious to myself, and before this, I was training for two years and the results were subpar at best.
I know that creatine isn’t a magic muscle builder, but this has been the best brand I’ve used so far. 10/10 recommend to anyone and everyone that wants to switch it up and use creatine.

This is the first and only creative supplement I have tried. I have used it for 2.5 months now and have definitely noticed a slight increase muscle definition and fat loss, combined with strength training and macro friendly eating. I was worried I would be able to taste the powder in my drink, but it truly is tasteless. The powder does tend to settle at the bottom, but nothing that a quick shake of my water bottle doesn’t solve. Highly recommend.

NSF certified so it’s met with strict health and safety standards. Has a 1/2 and 3/4 line on the scoop if you want to take a certain serving. Unflavored which I prefer so I can mix it with other supplements. 10/10 supplement.
