I have seen people call this the Laneige dupe and I can see why. I do think the Laneige is overpriced and its NOT cruelty free (tisk) but I did like the texture of the lip mask and saw results. I wouldnt say this hydrates my lips more than any other brand but its a good product thats packaged in glass, is cruelty free and is still doing its job for half the price of Laneige. Another bonus – the vanilla isnt heavily fragranced!! I typically stay away from sweet scented lip balms but this is extremely subtle.

I’m very picky with my lip gloss. This is technically a lip sleeping mask but I use it every day as my lip gloss. It’s not sticky or waxy. It goes on super smooth and makes my lips feel like a dream! It has a very subtle vanilla scent, but not enough to taste it. And the shine is my favorite part! I have replaced all my other lip glosses with this because it’s so shiny and looks really pretty with a little bit of lip pencil underneath if I’m going out.

Very similar to the Laneige lip sleeping mask. I find that this mask is a lot thicker and stickier than the Laneige, and absorbs a lot overnight somehow. But truthfully, for the price, not bad at all.

I don’t know why but I hate the grimy feeling in most lip treatment products where there’s still some left behind even after washing with soap and water, but this one looks like it doesn’t have that issue. It’s very moisturizing and nourishing, and I always wake up to soft and plump lips after applying this at night. Plus the packaging is very nice, it comes in a glass jar with a nice heavy lid. One of a very few times I’m ever this committed to a lip treatment product to hit pan (only ever happened to 3 other lipcare products).
