I purchased these less for the weight loss aspects and more because of the advertised “stress management” aspect and the promise of reduction of mid-day fatigue. I have been struggling severely with extreme fatigue during the winter months to the point that it is a challenge to do things. Coffee does not make a dent. My mood has also been not great. As others have said, this is a two part system. So far I have only taken the main bottle, as based on previous experience over the years with various supplements, sometimes it’s better to see how your body will react with things before going full speed ahead. I was initially a little confused regarding the two bottles, the primary one is the “fat burner” which contains the caffeine. This says take two in the AM and two with your main meal. The first day, I woke up feel EXTREMELY exhausted and took two capsules and within 30 minutes or so, I felt a significant improvement in my energy. These boost lasted most of the day for me, so I did NOT take the second dose that day because I did not want to overdo it. The second day I took two in the AM and two at lunch. This kept me very energized most of the day, but I think I sort of crashed later because I was very tired by 9:00 that night (although I do get up at 5:45AM). The 3rd and 4th day, I actually split the doses up and took one when I first woke up, one two hours later, a 3rd at lunch, and a 4th toward the end of my work day. This was actually the winner for me. I had great energy all day, my mood was SUBSTANTIALLY improved. I have woken up now two days in a row feeling more energized rather than miserable.
This is still very early on for any type of supplement, these are my observations at the time. It does seem like a lot of capsules, but they are gel caps, very easy to swallow, and depending on your end goal, I do not think you necessarily need the full dose every day. I have noticed an absolutely definite need to use the restroom more frequently, and after checking the ingredients, I noticed that it does contain fennel seed powder as a lesser ingredient, which can have a mild laxative effect. I think this combined with the coffee extract may be the source for that. This has not been an issue, it is just an increase in frequency.
I do not have issues with reflux, but I have noticed a weird coffee type taste every now and then, and I do not drink coffee, so this has to be from the pills.
As stated, I am not taking these for weight loss, but if I notice any variation on my weight, I will update that in my review later, as I plan to add additional notes after I have taken this for a longer time period.

This 2 part system comes with 45 “Belly Fat” formula tablets, and 60 “Fat-Burning” Capsules. The dose is 3 tablets a day, and 4 capsules a day. This gives a 2 week supply at the recommended dosage. These can help with stress, energy, relaxation, & fatigue. The pills are easy to swallow. I did set an alarm on my phone so I don’t forget in the mornings to take them. Happy with the results.

Ok….so I got this for a Vine product review knowing it’s likely fictional but I’m game to try it anyway. I mean if it was this easy plastic surgeons would be out of business!

* really I cannot prvide any. The only reason I am giving this 3 stars is for the attempt to offer hope that you can get rid of your belly with a pill.
CONS
* it requires A LOT of pills per day – 3 of the belly pills and 4 of the fat burner (2 in the AM and 2 in the PM)
* contains caffeine….which can be bad for anyone who drinks a lot of coffee like I do already
* contains niacin …I am not a fan. The last time I took niacin I ended up in the shower under cold water because I was burning up very very badly
* exceedingly expensive!
DO NOT RECOMMEND….put your money on some Jilliam Michaels work out videos or join a weekely class or start walking, running, etc more…it’ll be safer and more cost effective.

I really like the relacore extra by itself, the fat burn pack really didn’t increase my energy or do much other than give me a headache. The relacore extra I will be ordering again by itself because it does help my stress. Too soon off a 15 day supply to tell if it helps with fat or not but judging by other reviews that’s hit and miss.
