The face water is amazing. Use it for 2-3 days in a row and you’ll have a great natural looking tan. It’s super easy to apply – just spray the mist and move on. Do not apply lotion or makeup for a couple of hours after you spray (even if the spray has dried), or it seems to kind of wash it off. I use the face spray regularly now, about 4 times a week. The tanning foam for the body dries quickly and does not smell. Doesn’t stain or rub off on clothes. It’s not as potent as your typical tanner; you have to use it about 3 days in a row to see a noticeable difference in color.

I’ve used other self tanners from this line but this one is not overly noticeable and washes off in the first shower. Very minor colour change if that’s what you’re after. Would not purchase again

The last time I used self-tanner was over 20 years ago and it wasn’t great. Application was messy and end result was not satisfying.

The spray bottle for face has a bad smell. The mitt is great for application. I like that the color is natural- no bronzing, it can still steel just not in orange, but far less than other brands

I’m in my 60’s, used to tan like crazy back before we knew the potential dangers of tanning. But, I miss being tan. So I decided to take the plunge and order a St. Tropez Purity Kit. I exfoliated in the shower, then carefully applied the product to my face and body. The facial water is absolutely fabulous! It works like magic, just spritz a little bit on and voila! A nice, lightly-tanned complexion. Then the body. I used the mitt and carefully, in circular motions, applied the body water. My arms (where I already had the slightest bit of tan) took the product well. The tan is light, but not streaky on my arms. Legs- meh, not so great. Lower legs really didn’t tan at all that I can see; upper legs are such a slight color that I can’t really call them “tan.” The product worked well on my hands, but the feet- yikes! Still that old, somewhat streaky, inconsistent color around my toes. As for scent, the face water stinks, a really odd smell, but it doesn’t linger. The body water smells wonderful, and the nice scent remains just enough to be good. NOW, one problem I had is that the tanning water went through the mitt and left orangey splotches on some of my fingers. Maybe a thicker mitt would help? So all in all, I’m pleased with the product so far…I will make a few adjustments next time, such as more carefully applying moisturizer around my toes and maybe trying a different mitt.

I bought this tanner to help get my skin glowing healthily for a friend’s wedding. This product delivered on everything and I’ve been meaning to get a refill. I get compliments on how tan and healthy I look whenever I use it. I like the scent and it doesn’t leave an icky feeling behind. I’m normally quite fair skinned and this was a gradual, buildable tan that looks natural. Loved it, would rate it a 10 if able.

I am a big fan of Coco & Eve self tanner (highly recommend)! I have pale skin but love a natural looking tan in the summer. For my recent trip to Italy, I wanted to bring a self tan option with me since it was a 3 week trip. I thought this travel sized option would be perfect. Was very disappointed – added little to no color!
