This neti pot has it all. Easy to clean, comfortable tip w/good fit for no leakage, good spout design (every last drop makes it out of the pot), and even comes with a lid. Holds 8 oz (so I can do both nostrils w/only one potful) yet takes up very little real estate on the shelf. BTW, instead of buying more dry saline packets, I use a 1:1 ratio of salt and baking soda. I mix up a bunch to keep in a lidded jar in the bathroom, then use 1/4 tsp per 4oz water per nostril. And, I use “pure” salt – no added stuff like anticaking, iodine, etc. Pickling salt dissolves really well, but you’d hafta read the label as to its purity. Neti pots are not for everyone, but it’s what saved me from repeated sinus infections, bronchial asthma, and hay fever.

Easy to use, easy to clean, helped a lot after my surgery. Some tips? Make sure you put enough pressure on the bottle. NEVER microwave it. The instructions are lying, it’s not safe. I melted my damn bottle trying to sanitize it in my microwave . Spring for the fancy water. It’s like $3 a gallon and all you have to do is get it warm enough to dissolve the powder. It takes five minutes to boil tap water and an hour and fifteen minutes to be cool enough to rinse your nose. You’ll get the hang of it I promise.

Doctor recommended nasal rinses. This one is good and easy to use. I recommend buying the little stand that holds it upright so it can drain. It’s not expensive. For safety, boiled or distilled water is recommended. You don’t want to wash toxins from local water into your nostrils.

This is the exact brand and type of bottle my ear, nose and throat doctor told me to use. I bought these 2 packs for the same price as a 1 pack at the W-mart store. I use a prescription budesonide solution that’s added to the distilled water and saline packet to irrigate my sinuses each morning and it flushes everything out. I also stay open and can breathe freely through my nose for 20 out of 24 hours a day.
