I posted this same message on the 28 day skinny Jane site, but it really belongs here.. As this is the one I purchased! Ok, so here goes-
I went looking for a weight loss program on Amazon, and I found the Skinny Jane 28 day challenge. I placed my order on April 7th and I got my package today! I opened up the box, read the instructions, took my fist skinny pill, then made my first Chocolate shake. I used milk along with some ice to make this (according to the directions)
Let me first say that for the past two days I have been using another protein drink, while I waited for this one to come. Who knew it would come in two days! Let me just say that the Skinny Jane Chocolate shake KICKED the other protein drink to the curb. This is the best tasting protein drink I have ever had. WOW. Seriously, I would drink this anytime. Its that good.
I have 20 lbs to lose, so Ill check back and let you all know how my 28 days go!
April 17th, Ok-its been a week on the program and I’m down 4 lbs! Excellent start. I blend a shake with milk and ice for breakfast, then a small snack (yogurt & fruit ) then another shake for lunch, then another snack (nuts & cheese ) then a sensible dinner. Usually a protein and a salad. I’m not counting calories, just being sensible about it. I love the skinny burn pills, especially the mid afternoon one. I’m always a bit nervous having caffeine in the afternoon, but its just enough to keep me going strong till dinner. The cleanse pills do just that. My body is still adjusting to these, but I’ve forgotten several nights. I had to set an evening alarm on my phone to remind me to take it.
Im so pleased with this product, the way it makes me feel. YAY!
4/28-another update-I have continued with the program. Two shakes a day, same food plan as above, another 5 lbs gone! these shakes really do the trick for me. (I have been on EVERY other diet plan. I have great will power, follow the plan and will only lose 1/2 for the week) Not with these!! Ive never lost weight so easily while feeling so satisfied.

Great taste but did not curb appetite beyond two hours much less 4-6 per ad. I think the company has a good strategy going but more gimmicky than any science breakthrough for weight lost. It has a week plan and a month plan for quick weight loss. If anyone eats 1800 cal diet daily, take laxatives, drink some caffeine like pills and tea, they’re going to lose weight! That’s all part of their “plan.” I would only buy shake again because it fills like a good breakfast substitute. Everything else including knock out tea a waste of money.

I tried the skinny burn supplement, the skinny blend protein shake in vanilla, the skinny cleanse, and the TKO “knock out” weight loss tea. I have to say I was very happy with all of these products. The skinny burn supplement definitely helped with my cravings within the first couple of days of taking them and they also reduced my appetite. I do not drink coffee or have much caffeine in general and I took one tablet in the morning and one in the afternoon at about 2:30. I felt energized during the day and had no trouble falling asleep at night. The vanilla shake is delicious. I mixed it with almond milk and ice so it was nice and thick and I sometimes added a banana which was really delicious. I had been using another protein mix that I purchased from Amazon for quite a while. I was always very happy with it, but the skinny shake is even better – good flavor and no gritty texture. It also helped control my appetite. I did not have any of the uncomfortable side effects that others have reported from the skinny cleanse. It didn’t disagree with me at all. The tea is delicious – a very unique flavor that I looked forward to having. In the morning I had a cup to get my day started and in the afternoon I drank it iced. Both ways were great. I lost about 5 pounds while using the products for 30 days just by being able to control my sweet tooth and eating a little less. I am now about to reorder and am considering trying the 28-day challenge!

My ordered was expedited by the company for free and I think that was really nice for them to do. I ordered the chocolate and it blends really well, no lumps and it tastes great! The skinny burn doesn’t make me jittery. It does make me belch a bit and I can taste the raspberry. The first few days my hands itched like mad, about 2 hours after taking it. Took Benadryl and it went away, no hives, or rash though. Stopped it and I didn’t have it happen again. Took each individually and no sensation. Started it again, combined 30 minutes in between and it happened again, only pin prick itchy sensations all over. Not sure what is causing it, nothing in the formula I’m allergic too. I haven’t started the cleanse, having the ingredients it has, I want to be sure I’m not busy for a few days. I’ll continue to try these separately and see how it works, I do plan to reorder the skinny blend, I use protein shakes everyday and I like this one. I’ll update once my month supply runs out.
UPDATE: I’ve lost 13 pounds so far, I combine the skinny burn with the skinny blend and no more issues. Must’ve been an adjustment. I’ve reordered both products and plan to again. The shakes definitely blend better than any other shake I’ve had. Clump free! I mix mine in a Blender bottle with Silk Almond milk.
