I have been doing juice cleanses for YEARS and I have not come across a company that makes 6 flavors that I LOVE!!! Normally there are about 2 out of the 6 that are great but this company has hit it out of the park. I don’t recommend this product for diet. You will not loose weight. Does it clean your digestive system and kidneys? I’m not so sure. Juice didn’t make any difference to me. Just be aware that each 12 oz (355ml) bottle has as much as 26 to 28 grams of sugar. That is almost two table spoons!! Three quarter of calories are sugar!! I don’t usually start out with high sugar drink/food in the morning, because I heard raising blood sugar in a short time is bad for you. In fact, juice gave me a headache. I wonder why make it so sweet? Also note that each bottle contains only 1 gram of protein. I cannot survive on 6 bottles or 6 grams of protein a day. Can you? While I was on the 3-day cleanse, I was dizzy and had no energy. I was hungry and craving for proteins. Is this healthy? Furthermore, it’s better to plan a way ahead. I ordered on 9/22 Tuesday and juice was delivered 10 days later on Friday 10/2. If I want to try juice cleanse next time, I will order from a different manufacture. There are other products that would be delivered next day if you place an order by 2 pm. Lastly, your will end up with 18 bottles of waste, very Eco-unfriendly.

I just received my package today. It shipped the day after my order was processed and arrived earlier than expected. All items were frozen solid! I ended up ordering a 5 day cleanse. Now I have tried a juice cleanse before and failed within a day. I am 100% confident that I can complete this juice cleanse at ease. My first juice was absolutely delicious and filling. I was skeptical to receive these–didn’t know if they would still be ok being frozen. Let me tell you, it tastes like it was cold pressed in my kitchen. My favorite was the the lemon ginger, but they were all amazing. Even the kids loved them!! I would definitely buy again, this company is outstanding and they arrived frozen on a hot day! Thanks!!!

I completed the 3 day cleanse. The juice shipped the day after I ordered and I was pleasantly surprised that it was still frozen when it arrived at my door 3 days later. The juice tasted fine – not my favorite, but not horrible. Day 1 went well, Day 2 was a struggle and Day 3 went well. For some reason I was hungry on Day 2, not so much Day 1 or 3. I lost 4 pounds, but that wasn’t the intent of the cleanse for me. I was looking to detox and get rid of the sugar cravings. Of course once you start eating again, the weight comes back on, but I’ve been careful to eat lightly. The sugar cravings are gone. I will do this cleanse again.

Amazon, what’s up with me rating these based on thickness and warmth….? Product is a 10/10 but these two descriptors have nothing to do with the product.
Anyway – what can I say besides these juices are amazing and I dropped 8 pounds? Granted, I gained back two pretty quickly but come on! Fiancé lost 7 so he’s just as happy. We did the three day but will be coming back for the 5 day. All the flavors are great, although I will say the ginger lemon one was not my favorite lol. But the juices are so easy to drink, came still frozen during a heat wave, and arrived in just two days! Surprisingly we were not terribly hungry. We did have one really active day where after the ‘dinner’ juice we were quite snacky. But some will power cured us up. 10000% recommend these. Thank you!
