Good purchase but the rate is too High might think of purchasing it again.

My nose may be way different from the “norm”. The way this flows through, it shoots right down the front of my face and down my shirt. Unlike another brand, which it shoots away, and into the sink. It works, though.

I bought Nasopure originally for daily use. I had the idea that the recurrent daily use after the afternoon jogging sessions could help me (and my mucous membranes) in regeneration. The first spring and summer months take usually a lot out of my nose because of allergy to pollen. That is the situation. However, I used Naspoure a couple of days long. Actually, I have the impression that I will never get used to this nose rinsing system, but I would nobody keep away from trying out nose rinsing.

This was so easy to use. I like thatit came witht he individual salt packs and the bottle is already marked with a fill line so you don’t have to guess. I like using this to clean out my nasal cavity.

First and foremost, this device is subtly different from a neti pot in what it does. We’ve used a neti pot for years, and it does a good job of keeping our upper respiratory problems reasonably controlled, and without the use of systemic medications, which we like.
However, for me, I’ve had a recurring pattern where I get allergies or a cold which causes drainage in the back of my throat, in the area that’s sort of above the mouth cavity but below the sinuses, sort of the upper side of the soft palate called the ‘nasopharynx’ based on the illustrations I’ve seen.
That area would get scratchy and dry, which led to a lot of non-productive coughing, which then led to further irritation, which led to infection which sometimes ended up in bronchitis or pneumonia. Before the traditional neti pot, this happened two or three times a year. After we started using the traditional neti pot, the frequency was reduced to once every year or two.
However, with the neti pot, I could *feel* that it wasn’t rinsing/reaching that area, except with minor backwash. With the traditional neti pot, you lay your head to the side and pour into the upper nostril, and the fluid drains down the side of the higher sinus and into the lower sinus cavity, but it didn’t really wash out the very far back of the sinuses, which is the top of the throat just above the soft palate, which was the source of virtually all of my upper respiratory issues.
But then, on a lark, we decided to try this device because we had mislaid our old neti pot after traveling with it. Using this Nasopure is different than a traditional neti pot in that you remain standing up, and you squeeze the bottle to create pressure to push the saline into one nostril, and it flows immediately into the back of the throat (which can be uncomfortable or surprising the first times you use it) and fills it up until the level rises to the point where the saline flows out of the other nostril.
In short, it *focuses* on that problem area of the far back of the sinuses/throat, which for me is fantastic. Since we’ve been using the Nasopure I’ve had a couple of instances where I felt that old, familiar tickle in the back of the throat, and using this device immediately reduced the irritation of the area, and I have yet to develop any serious upper respiratory issues. It’s only been a couple of months, so not enough data to draw any conclusions, but definitely positive experience so far, and I plan to come back here and update as events warrant.
Also, using this is messier than the neti pot, particularly if you have a beard and mustache like I do. The exiting fluid essentially flows down over your lips and chin – you can lean forward slightly to try to minimize it, but that’s still where it wants to go. I have moved to using this in the shower so that I can rinse to my heart’s content and not worry about messing up the sink area, wetting my clothes, etc.
Bottom line, if you frequently have minor colds/allergies lead to scratchy/dry back of the throat issues, that then tend to progress to something worse, this might be the perfect product for you. Highly recommended.

Excellent appareil.
Top top top !!!20/20

Ok, this really does work. I was skeptical but desperate. I had been stuffed up for weeks and tried everything, but it wouldn’t go away. So I figured, this is relatively inexpensive so I didn’t have much to lose if it didn’t work.
The first time I used it, I sneezed and sneezed afterwards and my nose kept running. I didn’t get much sleep that night. And my dog got tired of getting startled awake and he left me to go sleep on the the couch. 😁
So I didn’t want to go through that again and I wasn’t going to give it another try. But, just like before, I figured I didn’t have much to lose. I wasn’t sleeping much anyway because I sleep with a c-pap machine so I need my nose to work. And this time I didn’t sneeze and have a runny nose for too long and I used it a couple hours before bed. And my nose started working better. Then, after a few nights, no sneezes and my nose stayed unstuffed all night! It’s wasnt 100% clear. I had some little sniffles, but I’d say like maybe 90% clear ever since.
I actually had made a doctors appointment but of course I was all cleared up by the time I could be seen. Maybe try that first…make a doctors appointment and see if it then gets better just before you go. Some kind of Murphy’s law I guess. 😂
I do find it to be messy. It’s awkward to do over my sink and everything gets wet so now I use it in the shower. I only use it once a day.
I just ordered more of the refill packets. I usually try to find the cheapest alternative. But I’m not messing around. It works, so I’m not changing anything. I don’t know anything about any other brands and can’t think of any improvements to look for anyway. I’d say it’s worth trying. I hope it helps you you too.

This little bottle works really great & you can control the pressure. Love how it cleans out your nose of all the mucus. I tried the Navage & Neilmed and they both were costly & didn’t work at all. Love this & will order more as a back up…Thanks
