I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my dad, as Every Man Jack is one of his favorite brands. He loves the scent and the toiletry bag it came with. It comes nicely packaged. His favorite thing is the deodorant. It smells great and works really well. It also doesn’t contain any aluminum, which is a plus!

I’ve ordered these as gifts for both sons (early and mid-30s), and they gave the scent and product a thumbs up. It’s important that any gifts I buy for them have no phthalates, parabens, sodium lauryl sulfate, or dyes and have never been tested on animals. There is a fragrance-free version if someone has a sensitivity to fragrance.

My first foray into the Ever Man Jack product line was my purchase of their Sandlewood Beard Butter. It was one of the best smelling sandlewood fragrances I’ve found. It was long-lasting and I really liked the product. I decided to unify my fragrances and purchased this kit. The kit itself is fairly nice and the sizes of the products are pretty good for the price. The shampoo and body wash do their job. However, the sandlewood fragrance is very faint — much, much fainter than the beard butter — and doesn’t last very long on you. Maybe this works if you were going to throw some cologne on top of it, but by itself it is just not going to do the job. I definitely should have listened to some of the other reviews on this. Now comes the deodorant. I thought I was getting a solid deodorant, but it feels more like a gel when it is applied and I — like many men I would imagine — have some underarm hair. When using this deodorant I felt like my underarm hair was sticky all day. I did give it a second try, but got the same result. Overall, I was disappointed with my purchase.

Purchased this kit as a Christmas gift for my nephew. He loved it. Sandalwood is always a great scent and this high quality set is a great value for the money spent.

While aesthetically appealing…… they have no nice scent and the deodorant does not last more than few hours.. be prepared to reapply multiple times a day if you work out at the gym and do physically demanding labor.
