I have less than a week left on the program and am very glad I tried it. I love it so much that I’m going to continue using the Fiber product every day because it has really helped my regularity. I have Celiac disease and have always had problems with my gut. I suffer from constipation all the time. In fact it’s a joke with my husband that I only go to the bathroom once a month. (not true, but there have been times where I don’t go for 3 or 4 days). I also have IBS, so I get terrible bloating and cramping pains to where my belly bloats out 4 inches. I contemplated having a colonic done, but it’s so expensive, so I researched cleanses. I found the Dr. Natura website and was comforted by the 30 day program (rather than a week or two week program that harshly stimulates the body to rid the waste). Although it’s pricy, it’s no where near as expensive as a colonic and I gave it a try.
When they say it’s gentle, they mean it! I have not really experienced any moments where I needed to run to the bathroom. I think the fact that the first week you only use half a scoop of the fiber is really smart. It lets you get used to it slowly. Although the fiber mix doesn’t taste horrible, it’s not exactly pleasant either. Here’s a tip: The directions say to mix with fruit and use a blender, but I don’t see the point of this. You HAVE to drink this fast because it’s starts to thicken right in the glass. Why add fruit like you’re making a smoothie if you can’t savor it? Just add some water and chug it. The texture is worse than the taste to be honest. It’s a bit gritty (and is a horrible brown color), but the flavor is bearable. If it starts to get too thick in the glass, just add more water and stir again. Also you really do need to drink as much as water as they say.
The tea doesn’t taste bad, but I would definitely recommend a little bit of sweetener. I use one packet of Truvia, and it makes a world of difference. I don’t know if it’s because my gut has always been prone to constipation, but I didn’t notice a huge negative effect in the tea helping me go. I’ve been able to go almost every day, some times more than once, and this has been wonderful. Before, even if I went every day, my BMs were hard and difficult to pass. Since I’ve been on this, they’ve been normal.

I honestly have tried a few different detoxes over the years but this one is legit the healthiest and most effective! It doesn’t stop your life in its tracks but it is effective in cleaning old toxins out.

Love this product!!! Best Cleanse on the Market that works!!!!. I have done about more than dozen times over the years and have had great success with it. I was actually doing one in May, when my niece informed me about the warning label that pregnant women shouldn’t take it. I also read it, but since I am not pregnant, I assumed the warning was due to the black walnut in it . She investigated further, and found that it contain some lead and arsenic, I was totally shocked, and called the company. I was informed that they test the product before it leaves the company, and yes, it tested for lead and arsenic in minute amounts which came from the soil the herbs were grown in. When they confirmed this, although I am not pregnant, I decided to return the product. Being the AWESOME product it is and how well it works, I am surprised that the company does not grow their own organic herbs or find organic suppliers to keep the product pure. Being a cleanse the minute amounts may be eliminated, but unfortunately I prefer not to use the product again unless they find organic suppliers or grow their own in organic soils that are not contaminated. I am very disappointed since it is the only cleanse I found that actually worked and was so easy to take. Due to the small amounts of lead and arsenic, a friend who is also using it decide to keep his. My niece and I returned ours.

I’ve always been taught that “what happens in the bathroom, stays in the bathroom”, esp for ladies. Lol – But you’re here reading reviews for the same reason we all at, so we can talk. 😉
I’ve used this every year for the last 5 years or so, and it has amazed me every time. I deal with several health issues and medications and have for the last 20 yrs, and severe bloating and constipation has been terrible esp the last 2 years. I deal with severe adhesions in entire pelvic area and the worst part is the pain during dm’s due to the colon being plastered to the pelvic floor and everything pulling and causing extreme pain. ( sorry if TMI) Actually that’s just one issue that is effected by ADR, but it is one of the worst ones.
I eat pretty health, no fried foods, don’t really like sweets, rarely eat red meat due to being hard to digest and causes pain. My diet consists of greens, fruits and mostly gluetin free, etc. I’ve also used several products like Miralax, and other gentle fiber ones. While they may help to be more regular, nothing helps to get the body “totally cleaned out” like Colonix, nothing.
I use the entire system for 3 months every year and you MUST follow the directions! Going too fast, taking too much, not using according to directions- and not drinking enough water will NOT WORK!! I honestly believe 99% of the negative comments are from people not doing this right or expecting miracles with out the work, and this does require commitment to your diet and directions for use. It’s that simple.
Following the directions, no one I’ve talked to that’s used this system/products has had any issues with not seeing and feeling great results with in the first week, if not days. The 2nd and third months, oddly enough ( and kind of scary considering what’s eliminated in the first week alone) are the months that really cleanse the system. Many reviews say they don’t use the entire system as directed the first month, this is absolutely key to seeing results, and the best results. Fine tuning along the way is fine, but must be used as a system.
The 2nd month the Toxinout system is the best used, then really just the Colonix and tea ( tea used as needed 3rd month, and there after) for the 3rd month. I always keep the Colonix powder on hand after the 3 months to help on those days after any hard to digest food or feeling sluggish and extra tired.
It is very eye opening, and disgustingly wondrous, what you will soon find that has been hiding in your body and we’ve been living with, then wonder why we feel so crappy all the time. The wondering will stop after using this system, and so will the crappy feeling. Clearer mind, no more bloating, skin is amazing, hair and nails growing and both feel great. Sleep better and feel rested. That’s how we all should always feel, not the way we’ve become accustomed. We try all these fad and trendy new things to feel better, when it all begins witha clean system. Yes it’s more pricy than some systems/products, but we tend to end up wasting more money on things that dont work, medications for constipation, sleep, health issues concerning the bowels, etc. So your health and well being is well worth being taken care of right.
