I have had this for a few weeks now. I didn’t want to leave too early a review in case I suddenly started having negative side effects to this. The taste, like others have noted, is distinct, and sort of hard to nail down if you’ve never had actual soursop fruit before. In terms of side effects, I have had IBS, specifically IBS-D for years now, maybe 2 decades? I can’t say that this has eliminated all of my symptoms, but I have had much less severe reactions to some of my trigger foods. I have read that soursop is one of those supplements that helps “gut health” but it’s worth doing your own research before buying anything. This has been ideal for reducing acidity sensitiveness to certain foods, too. If you’re having issues with bloating, diarrhea, and stomach cramping, definitely give this a try, especially as it’s so mellow that you can take it several times a day.

I guess it will be up to your taste buds to determine if this is sour or not. This is supposed to be good for yourselves, though your overall health. Make sure to check with your doctor before. This came safely. It’s in a glass vile. It’s got a little dropper and you drop it into water or tea or something like that. Seems pretty straightforward to you. I like that it was sealed properly for freshness.

I got this primarily to help me out with some sleep issues and some digestive problems that I was having. And so far, so good with seeing improvements on both of us. As it does have a strong flavor, I put them in the smoothie that I make at night and it blames the right in. So it’s no problem for me to get it down whatsoever.
And since these are liquid, you know that your body is absorbing in pretty fast and quickly and you’re getting all the benefits that you need out of what it’s providing. Whereas if you’re dealing with capsules and stuff, you have to wait for your body to break them down, digest them and all of that. I could tell the difference in my sleep as well as less bloating within the first week of taking these drops.
