My child has no problems swallowing these pills. She says there’s no taste, and the quality of the vitamin is great. These were highly recommended by our dietitian.

Why is this still advertised as having methylated folate if it now has only half of the former dose of methylfolate with the rest substituted as synthetic folic acid? People with children with MTHFR, presumably those who would specifically buy this product since its advertised as “with 5 MTHF”, can’t take folic acid and need methylfolate. My son has it and I bought this specifically for the methylfolate content and methylcobalamin. Kirkman, you’ve lost a five year customer. Sad.
EDIT: For anyone searching for a replacement for Kirkman’s old formula with all methylfolate, not folic acid, Seeking Health has a children’s multivitamin that is comparable in a 3 capsule dose. Not ideal, but until another manufacturer can fill this void for children with complex medical needs, it is the best I’ve found.

Capsules are easy to open up and mix well with liquid. My autistic six-year-old has eating difficulties and won’t take anything that’s flavored so I’m so grateful that this product is unflavored.

We love this vitamin from Kirkman! Our holistic doctor recommended this brand after doing testing, we have seen the improvement in the numbers. The capsule is easy to open to put in juice for those kiddos who will not take a pill. We will be purchasing this for a long time!

I have had my little guy (2.5 yrs. old now), taking vitamins since he was 1. His pediatrician recommended this brand to me to help with getting all the specific vitamins that he needs. I normally open the capsules (I give him 2 for his age) and place them in his smoothies or mix it in his oatmeal.
I know these are great for him because we have his bloodwork checked every 6 months to see what his body is lacking and all of his “vitamin” levels are where they should be. Thank you Kirkman for being a dependable and safe brand for our children!!

We’ve been buying this for over a year and I just realized that there’s been a formula change! We liked this product because of the methylated vitamins but apparently there has been a formula change. The “folate” is now listed as only being half methylfolate and half folic acid, which is a form that we strictly avoid. I will never buy from this company again. There’s no point in marketing a methylated product, if your combining it it with folic acid.
