    I’m not sure you can tell how well it works.I’m hoping it is doing its job. I would opt for the 200 milligram or 300 milligram dose next time.

    I have started buying Kirkland products because of the USP logo on them. I know most products like this come from China and have given up trying to buy from US sources. Next best thing is listing by USP, though it’s possible I’m being suckered with that. Still, best I can do and I do trust Costco.

    This product is effective, and a great value for the quality. I suffer from Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, and use a combination of supplements in order to retain elasticity, and promote healing of my connective tissue.

    Without this product, my joint pain would be severe, and my mobility would be significantly more limited. I’ve noticed marked improvement in both areas, and would definitely recommend it to anyone struggling with either EDS, or various forms of arthritis. Especially when used in conjunction with go glucosamine, and vitamin c supplementation.
