The first thing you notice when you open up this jar of King’s Skin lotion for men is the silkiness and buttery feel to it. It glides on your face like a warm glove, pushing away that scratchy after shave feel and leaving your skin soft and smooth.
It absorbs well into your skin, like immediately, but you definitely know it’s there due to the whiff of coconut and other scents. It’s not greasy at all, and leaves you with a fresh feeling.
Use sparingly. A little goes a long way with this exquisite body lotion for men. Delight in it’s smell alone, or use your regular cologne with it.

Decent. It’s not bad. It has a light scent, so it won’t mix with your cologne or any other scent that comes in contact with it. It also leaves the skin soft.

I’ve used body butter before, and this is not like any body butter I’ve ever used nor my wife seen. This is NOT body butter, it’s lotion. It has the exact same consistency as lotion, just in a tub and not a tube or bottle. Body butter by definition is super thick. This is not.
The scent is different too. It’s a cologne scent, just like it says “cologned”, but I can’t quite place the scent of it the cologne. It’s not a high end cologne scent by any means, it smells more like those men’s cologne you buy in drug stores. I’m not saying it’s bad, no, but the scent smells cheap, something you’d put in a stocking for your teenage son at Christmas and not something you would wrap up individually.
For the positives, this is a decent lotion. It isn’t greasy feeling or sticky, it goes on smooth and does moisturize nicely. The scent does mellow out over time, though if you smell your arm you can still detect the scent.
I probably won’t use this again, as the scent isn’t something I like, but I’m sure my teenage son will love it.

Kings Skin Body Butter For Men: This is body lotion intended for men. The listing says it’s scented but if so, it’s very, very subtle, so you don’t have to worry about annoying people around you with a strong cologne smell. The box says the lotion contains “pheromones to attract a swarm” but I’m not sure about that. However, it’s pleasant enough, and it goes on smoothly with just a small amount. It’s similar to what you’d get in a pump but in a little jar, which is easier to deal with than a pump. It’s not quite the texture I was expecting for a body butter.

The body butter is easy to put to work as it spreads easily. My significant other liked the scent, and concentrated its use on his neck, and a dry patch on his beard. It did work, yes. However, he also noted cheaper lotions worked just as well. Still yet, it’s a good product that is handy, and has no real downside.
