Let me preface with the following: Prior to taking these my Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG) was low with a numerical value of 10 nmol/L. For a female of my age, the normal levels are between 17-124 nmol/L.
What does that mean? It can mean you have hypothyroidism, Cushing’s, are obese, are overweight, have PCOS, or are Type 2 Diabetic. I was obese. Is it possible for my SHBG to shoot up significantly upon losing excessive amounts of weight? Not typically, it should go up (theoretically) but not to this level.
Needless to say, my SHBG is now 169 nmol/L (as of March 26th).
My fasting glucose level in August of 2023 was 76 mg/dL. It is now 73 mg/dL.
My TSH in March 2023 was 0.62 mIU/L. It is now 0.86 mIU/L.
Can I definitively say that this product improved my results? No. I’m sure my weight loss has played a part in it as well. However, you can see simply from my SHBG that something came into play here.

Make sure you eat a hearty breakfast or dinner with it as if you don’t you’ll be nauseous at least I was. Also very sleepy 45 mins after taking it lol tastes like old school bubble gum isn’t terrible and is easy to eat, will update as the month goes by if Amazon lets me edit this.
Edit: it made my period late but for the girlies looking to curb your appetite this was great for that 100% for me (30 F, PCOS) so I was like yay I am pregnant. (Knowing I didn’t get a BFP on any O strips I still got stoked) but… Nope 100 tests of negatives Iykyk, and stopped taking it for a few days and I started spotting. I don’t want to cut my period out I just got it back not too long ago. But loved that I wasn’t always snacky.
In conclusion : I stopped taking them and tossed them.

Who knew all I needed was some ovarian support gummies. Go ahead and buy it. After years of irregular periods, birth control, horrendous cramps and bleeding for weeks at a time, these gummies got me on track in a month. I bought them in January and I saw results in Februarys cycle. They taste really nice and subtle. Only thing is the powder stuff in the bottle. But that’s okay with me as long as I can go back to regular periods. Can’t wait to rub these gummies in my gynecologist face 😂. So yes sis buy these gummies.

These are soft, and don’t hurt your jaw to chew. They are tasty. Not overly sweet, no sourness. Just simple watermelon goodness.
Now as to how they work: I am stressed out from my job and my partner being deployed added to it. My cycles started getting later each month from just 2-3 days in October to fast forward to now, 3 weeks on these and my cycle ended after 62 days.
I don’t know the how or why they work. I didn’t change anything in my day except taking 4 of these with breakfast. It has to be the Inositol. Has to be.

I have used this item once before. Through amazon it arrived quicker, but the gummies are more “tough” and the crystals aren’t very prominent, the product appears more wet than dry. I think this is due to the likelihood of them being in a warehouse (hot maybe?)

So, initially, my lack of a s*x drive took me to my obgyn for bloodwork testing to see hormone levels. She told I apparently wasn’t ovulating. I’ve tried googling what kind of, if any, side effects could come from that but I couldn’t find anything concrete. She stated I should start taking a supplement for myo-inositol to hopefully rectify the ovulating problem.
I’ve been taking them as directed on the bottle for a couple weeks now and I’ve noticed a significant in my body. I also didn’t really have a high interest or drive in s*x to begin with even before it became a problem but I am a bit more interested in it now. Like I said, there’s also a significant difference in how my body is reacting with the gummies, nothing bad, just….starting to maintain itself in a normal way. Lol
The taste is mild, I take 2 in the am and pm since it’s not as great as eating actually candy. It’s easy enough to keep up with though.

You have no idea how long I’ve been waiting for a gummy version of this supplement. There’s pills all over the place of all sizes and flavors. And same with powders. Non flavored and flavored of all price ranges too. But I hate both. Can’t take pills easily or remember to take them and putting the powder into my drink doesn’t work properly because I don’t chug whatever drink I put it in. This stuff is heaven sent. The flavor is like how it’s described in another review..a less sweet not sour, sour patch kid watermelon candy. They’re soft to chew and don’t leave any weird vitamin taste which is amazing. I’ve started with taking just two in the morning and will up it to the full 4 by taking two in morning before breakfast and 2 at the end of the day with dinner.

This product works well but the prices vary and it can be hard ro buy because of supply and demand. There are no replacements when your product arrives defective, either. They do give you a full refund but with the difficulty I’ve had buying these, it’s almost not worth it.
