Beware when taking this supplement. I experienced the exact opposite of the benefits listed for this supplement.
The taste and texture were great but I had to stop due to the undesirable effects.

These gummies are chewy and soft but not so soft they get stuck in your teeth. Which is great! Working in nursing I find they help me focus on days I’m struggling to remember all the things! Gives me a bit of an energy boost to power through long shifts. So far I’ve noticed no I’ll side effects which is a plus!

This product came fresh with a use by date in 2026. I tried to look up info about Kind Nature and could not learn too much about them but I like their packaging. The packaging shows that the product was formulated in the USA by a company with a legal US address. I do not see a country or specific manufacturing location, but the bottle says the product was manufactured in an FDA registered facility.
My experience taking this is it tastes ok, like a nondescript berry flavor and they did not stick much to my teeth. I can taste the sugar in this and each gummy cube has about 7 calories. The gummies did not upset my stomach and felt like they worked almost as well as l-Theanine capsules I have taken. I did not see advantage to taking the l-Theanine in gummy form compared to unsweetened alternatives. If you want something sweet or have difficulty with large capsules, these could work.
