I got my 1st container of the King Nature Berberine Gummies! I am seriously excited about this product because I am not, nor have I ever been, good at swallowing pills! NOPE, but this product is super yummy and it provides you with Berberine, which helps with decreased blood sugar levels, increased weight loss, just to name a few benefits – and its sweetened with Monk Fruit. They’re Super yummy! Highly recommended.

This is a powerful supplement! I’ve taken every supplement and appetite suppressant you can think of over the years with often very little result. In the past I would notice a bit of a suppressant effect but I could never overcome my cravings. This supplement actually took away any cravings – in fact even when I was bored or probably should’ve been hungry nothing sounded good. One note is that if you’re sensitive to supplements or such products I’d suggest working your way up to the full dosage. I was lightheaded with a low grade headache for a while after first trying this at full dosage. I’ve read that visible results come over time so will remain hopeful for that.

As a long time user of berberine, I decided to try these gummies. They cause severe stomach pain, nausea, and headaches. As soon as I stop taking them the symptoms disappear. I had no good changes at all & my inflammation & numbers went up. Highly don’t recommend.

I think these work to help regulate sugar spikes. They taste good but don’t work for weightloss. They seem to help with the tingling I get when I ate too many starchy carbs though.
