This product is a prime example of quackery, and I absolutely will not be giving it to my kids. While vitamins can be beneficial, 17,000% of the daily recommended B12 is an extreme and unnecessary amount. It’s hard to believe any child would need that much B12, and there’s no evidence to suggest that this product offers any legitimate “cleanse.” It’s alarming that they market it this way without providing any scientific reasoning.
One of the biggest red flags is the packaging. They’ve slapped a sticker over the ingredients list and the description, making it impossible to read what’s actually in this formula. That’s an instant trust-breaker for me—if I can’t even see the ingredients, how am I supposed to feel confident in giving this to my children? When it comes to my kids’ health, transparency is essential, and this product falls short in a big way.
Yes, it’s made in the USA, which usually would give me some peace of mind, but that doesn’t excuse the deceptive packaging and wild claims. The whole premise of this “detox cleanse” is misleading at best and dangerous at worst. There are far better, scientifically backed supplements on the market that you can trust. This one is just trying to prey on concerned parents with dubious promises.
If you’re looking for real health support for your children, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I can’t in good conscience recommend this product to anyone.

I think this Zeolite Detox for kids is a great supplement for children’s gut health. It has a great flavor and taste which my kids enjoy taking it. That makes all the difference not having to fight them just to get it into their mouths. My entire family uses these drops daily and we will purchase them again. I would for sure recommend to other parents for their families

I’ve been using Zeolite powder for about 10 years off and on and have enjoyed it. My son has neurological issues that need support and a test he took shows evidence of detoxification issues and heavy metals. I was happy to see that Zeo Health had this product for kids. In my case, my son is super picky with flavors and textures and so far we’ve had no issues with him swallowing the 2 dropperfuls each day. I ordered raspberry and orange, too and am very excited to have those in my arsenal for him! One bottle will last us a month. I make sure he drinks more water throughout the day to support the detox process.

I have been giving this to my son twice a day. He does ask to take it on its own and then drink water with it rather than adding the product to water and drinking the water mixed that way. I haven’t noticed any effects after taking it, good or bad. In my opinion, this is a good thing. I have not seen any discomfort or dehydration after taking this. Nor have I seen any problems in the bathroom. Overall, I’m pleased with the gentleness of this product. We got the apple flavor and it’s okay. Kind of tastes like a freezee pop but not quite as pronounced. It’s a liquid but it’s not quite like water. It’s more of a serum or has a graininess to it.

I’ve been looking around at zeolite options that are geared towards children. Preferably one that came in liquid form, didn’t taste horrible, and had beneficial supplements. This seemed to fit the bill, but it arrived in bad condition, and the liquid was all over the place, and the bottle was sticky. There was no safely seal other than the little plastic holding bottle in place. I did not have peace of mind giving it to my daughter. I will say it did smell like apple, and contained beneficial vitamins, just not sure of the effectiveness.

What’s not to like about the Kidz Cleanse Zeolite Detox drops? Each drop is packed full of quality ingredients that promote a healthy body and digestive system in children. It is sugar-free, made in the USA, and can easily be combined with juice or water if needed. My children, however, like the flavors so much that they take drops directly on their tongue. We’ve experienced no unpleasant side effects and my kids insist they feel better when they take these regularly.

I like that it’s natural and liquid but I found it hard to know how much was in the dropper. It
was hard for me to measure. Also didn’t notice any positive or negative effects.

This definitely has a nice flavor which makes it far easier to give and take – just make sure to keep out of reach because of this. Too much can be too much. We’ll see how it all goes and if it helps, but for now, the liquid is easy to swallow and mixes well with water or juice if needed.
