Nice orange flavor to these good quality Magnesium Supplements. Serving size is two so you can cut to dose in half if you want to moderate your intake. If you take the full dose then this is a 30day supply. Some people take it as a sleep aid but its primarily thought to be an electrolyte. Consult with your doctor if its right for you.

It’s always hard to know exactly what you are getting when buying a supplement. On paper, this Vitawork Magnesium supplement seems to be good, and there is nothing that makes me think otherwise. I have started taking the chewable product and have not had any adverse reactions.
The bottle says made in the USA with domestic and international ingredients, vegan, natural flavors, non gmo, gluten free, and nut free. I like that there is an email address provided on the bottle if you have further questions. I also like that this supplement only includes magnesium and does not include other supplements.
I don’t like that sugar is listed as the first ingredient. I find these chewable tablets too sweet. Although the product is marketed for kids I find the 300mg Magnesium per serving (2 chewables) adequate for my needs.
I received the product with 23 month dating. Overall, I like the product but will not be purchasing in the future because the taste is just too sweet for me, and I am able to swallow other vitamins without difficulty.

I really wanted to love these. Finding chewable magnesium that isn’t a gummy is kind of hard. The flavor of these is not great. When you first put it in your mouth, it’s not so bad, but the aftertaste is almost kind of fishy. I think we’re going to stick with our calm, gummy vitamins for now.

These chewable magnesium tablets are great for most kids and also for adults who prefer chewables. They’re easy to chew and only slightly chalky, and the flavor is good but not sweet enough that kids would eat them like candy (although if they did, luckily the bottle had a childproof lid).
We’ve found them to be effective, and we love that they’re vegan and made in the USA!

Not a huge fan of these as they are very powdery when chewed and leave your mouth feeling very dry. I have had chewable supplements that crumble into small pieces, but not powder in a way that would be of risk to breathing in. The flavor is ok, but not great. I can’t tell how potent these are, as i didn’t observe any major health effects from taking them.

I am not a kid but I’ve started taking these daily as I have heard of the benefits of a magnesium supplement. i really like this format as I can take this anywhere and unlike a pill I dont necessarily need to have water with this. I typically do have it with water though as it can make your mouth dry. I’d say this is a solid supplement at the price
