We love this electrolyte powder. We have tried almost every flavor that Key Nutrients puts out and they are all fabulous! This one is no exception. Super yummy peach flavor. I love to take these electrolytes and mix them with a seltzer water of the same flavor or complimenting flavor. It makes for a fun healthy treat. Its refreshing and doesn’t have the “fake” sugar taste. We will keep buying and loving all things Key Nutrients.

This beverage is truly awesome for dehydration, rehydrating after a workout or a hot day. It’s also super handy if you are fasting or intermittent fasting, it will get you through the day. Somehow, even without any sugar or calories, it provides a huge burst of energy. Way way more than just drinking water alone. If you have digestive issues, this can help keep you going when you are unable to eat, or eat much. It is also good to sip when you are nauseous, or when you are sick or have an upset tummy.
So far we have tried every single flavor except for two of the newest ones: the pineapple coconut and the blueberry lemon. So our verdict on those flavors is TBD.
All the flavors are good EXCEPT watermelon. I’m not sure why, but it was undrinkable! It wasn’t like hmm okay well we just won’t buy this one again, it was like, we are never going to drink this again, so let’s just throw the rest away. It was THAT bad. Not only did it not taste of watermelon, it just tasted gross! So strange. We were not expecting that.
However, blue raspberry, red raspberry, cherry-pom, strawberry kiwi, orange (my husband favorite, reminiscent of orange soda that kids drink), grape, passionfruit, peach mango all taste good. I can’t pick a favorite: I like blue raspberry, red raspberry, peach mango, grape, and cherry-pom equally. Strawberry kiwi (pretty good but not super strong flavored) and passionfruit (it may be that I just don’t love the actual taste of passionfruit that much) were just fine, but not the best flavors of the bunch, IMO. I personally didn’t LOVE the orange- it’s not bad, I just didn’t love that flavor like my husband does.
Kids seem to like most of the flavors we’ve given them.
The lemonade flavor does not taste like lemonade, it tastes like a yellow Gatorade/Powerade, just a heads up.
Note to the manufacturer: please provide 20 and/or 40 packs of all the flavors so we can try them without committing to a large tub. Also consider allowing consumers to create their own variety packs with whichever flavors they choose.

I bought this product because of the vitamins and supposed electrolytes. I liked it to begin with. It was a little overly tangy but it was tolerable as I used it in my coffee. I also used it in water which was then like a flavored water. So I decided to buy a couple other flavors for variety. I have orange, mango and grape. I wish now that I hadn’t bought the rest so soon. I am on the keto diet. I have been on it for over a year and within 3 weeks of using this I started getting leg cramps so bad in the morning, almost daily. They were not little cramps either. They would start in my ankle and then run up and down my leg if I so much as moved. Awful Pain. I have never had that happen before so I know its this product. The electrolyte part does not work. It is basically a very expensive glorified vitamin product. Urine is neon yellow due to excess vitamins. I went back to my old electrolytes. I use “Lyteshow.” As soon as I received them I took them and by the next morning I no longer had leg cramps, just that quickly. So this only verified my suspicions. I hate to waste money and after spending nearly $100 on these 3 containers I will take them just for the vitamin content. But I will not be purchasing again. Don’t waste your money. Also there is always sediment in the bottom of the glass that never dissolves and is very gritty. Well I found this interesting gem in the answered questions on this product above. Thought you might like to know about it.

Looking at the residue closely, it appears to be entirely comprised of fine white grains which sink quickly and do not dissolve at all; this strongly supports the silica theory.

The product is alright and tastes okay. The main issue is there’s this initial taste with every sip that is absolutely awful. It’s this strong dusty/musky/chalky flavour that completely overpowers the drink.

The seller responded and gave me a full refund on this product. Although I do think this flavour in particular is gross I would highly recommended trying another one as this seller really seems to care about their product and tries to do right by their customers.

This is the second flavor I have purchased! I am thinking it will be my favorite! I am absolutely in love with the combination. My only complaint and reason for only 4 stars is that both flavors, this and the peach mango are way too sweet. My suggestion to the manufacturing company would be to cut back on the amount of sweetener. I use at least 20 ounces of water for the mix and the flavor is still magnificent, just too sweet. I will definitely purchase it again even though it is too sweet.

This doesn’t taste as good as a liquid IV, but it doesn’t taste bad. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I work outside and it definitely helps that there are 90 servings!!! I don’t need to spend $16 for 10. What a deal from this brand. Good stuff.
