I recently tried the Ketosophy Keto ACV Gummies Extreme 2000 MG.
The gummies themselves are delicious and easy to take. I appreciate that they are in gummy form, as it makes it more enjoyable to consume compared to traditional ACV supplements. The apple cider vinegar taste is not overpowering and the addition of pomegranate and beet juice powder gives it a nice fruity flavor.
But what really sets these gummies apart is the advanced formula. With 2000MG of ACV per serving, these gummies pack a powerful punch. I also like that they contain B12, which is essential for energy production and overall health.

You can definitely taste the 2000 mg ACV in these gummies compared to the 1000 mg ones from the same company and their competitors that I’ve tried. I like it!!
The only thing that would be better is to have the Mother with it as well.

One serving is 30 calories. You can take 1-3 servings per day. It would be 90 calories for 3 servings which adds up. I take 1 serving per day.

– I know nothing of Keto…but ACV has healthy benefits. And popping an ACV gummy is more pleasant and convenient than drinking an ounce/shot of ACV…and probably easier on my teeth. You can smell the ACV when opening the bottle, but you can’t really taste it in the gummy. These gummies just taste citrus fruity to me with the normal slight bit of sourness…which I’d say tastes more pomegranate than ACV.
– I obviously got these at tax cost through Vine. These seem a little pricey, but compared to others, these also seem to have a higher amount of ACV powder in them (1g per gummy/2g per serving). So be sure to compare equivalent dosage to others when shopping. Plus you get other good stuff such as B12 and beet juice.

These gummies have a distinct taste. It is on the strong side, but I personally like it. They are also bigger than the average gummy. Their firmness is about average.

The keto gummy candies with 2000mg of B12 (or whatever they contain) didn’t quite meet my expectations. While they tout high B12 content, the actual benefits were unclear and didn’t noticeably improve my energy levels or well-being.
The taste and texture were average at best, with a slightly artificial aftertaste that lingered. The packaging claims were promising, but the actual effects fell short of what I hoped for. 2.5 stars for inconclusive results.
If you’re considering these for their supposed health benefits, manage your expectations accordingly. They may work better for others, but my experience was underwhelming.

I have tried two variations of this “Keto ACV gummies” from Justified Labratories. This is the “extreme 2000 mg” Compared to the not extreme version of the same thing by the same company, these do smell more potent like vinegar, which I suppose you want if you are trying to find an alternate way to take vinegar besides drinking it.
The thing is, they are super sticky on my teeth and fillings. I get about two chews into it and then it’s all up in my fillings and surrounding my teeth and I have to pry it out with my fingers because a toothpick just gets stuck in it as well. So, I have taken to cutting each apple shaped gummy into 4 pieces and swallowing each segment whole with water. I’m not recommending that, don’t choke on it please, but it seems fourths are not that much bigger than a vitamin C tablet to me or the size of an asprin, so I can handle it with water.
As far as results go, I had the luxury of trying this expensive product for a full three month supply. I have to say, it does work for me.
An hour or so after taking two gummies, it really pushes the water weight out and will slim down my stomach and face quickly by the next morning. I try to take them at least two hours before bed because if I eat them too close to bed time then I will be up using the bathroom in the middle of the night getting rid of the water weight. My face and stomach will look noticably less puffy by morning. But then I overeat again the next day and personally I have seen that these do help to regulate my weight. I can keep my weight under control taking these. I should have gained ten pounds by now the way I eat too much and too many carbs and too late at night, but by taking these I feel they have helped me not to gain that weight. If I get carried away and take four at once I get instant diarrhea though. Which is good if I sort of want to punish myself for eating chocolate cake or something and get it out of my system fast before it can digest and settle into my double chin and gut stomach.
I think I may need more help than these for the kind of weight loss I need. I have been solely relying on these and not changing anything else about my diet or exercise. I feel they have helped me not gain weight when I should have. I think if I combined this with a better diet and exercise, then maybe I could actually lose weight. I lose about three pounds getting rid of the water, but then I eat back five pounds.
They taste sweet and like candy though, so it’s a good after dinner dessert choice for me instead of reaching for something with a whole lot of calories and carbs and more sugar than these have.
I feel they are very expensive, though. But since they do seem to have an affect on me and my weight, I would keep taking them the rest of my life if I could afford it.

I had gotten a few (what I believed were) different ACV gummies to try and when I came to review them I couldn’t figure out which was which because I didn’t realize they were exactly the same product in different packaging. I had a different bottle of gummies in between and the labels were really different so I didn’t really notice. I had the same problem with them as I did with the others. If you were trying to stay in ketosis on an actual keto diet, taking these as directed would just be like eating candy with all the added sugar. It would defeat the purpose. They taste ok and they don’t taste like apple cider vinegar if that’s all you’re going for, but are they a good choice for weight loss? I don’t really think so.
