I am all for taking this product for a limited time. I would like to benefit from its antiviral and antibacterial properties, but I will stop short of taking too much that might play with my cholesterol. According to many experts, short-term use is acceptable. Still, if you don’t have a cholesterol problem and can take fats without an issue, consider researching coconut oil. There are so many more benefits. Coconut oil is excellent for ketogenic diets (fats, protein, not much carb). Ketosis is a condition that might cause excessive thirst and urination, but it is a natural process whereby your body sheds pounds. Too much is not a good thing, so some carbs are allowed. I am not recommending a keto diet because it is not my place. Also, some diets are controversial to an extent, but at least you know where I am coming from and the point I am trying to make.
In conclusion, there is a science to all diets, which vary in pros and cons. I am going on a day-to-day basis right now. Most people will do fine with coconut oil, but I do not know enough statistics.
I have decided to try these before the entire bottle is used up. I will then see how I feel and what my blood levels read. If I get a sick stomach or some other ailment, I will stop taking it to see what the issue is, maybe by the process of elimination.
This is a reasonable price for 180 large capsules. Make sure to drink lots of water. Enjoy!

Coconut oil has so many great health benefits but I had never previously considered taking it in pill form. These pills are kind of on the big side. Nevertheless, the amount of softgels included is generous and I’m looking forward to seeing the type of effects it will have on my digestion and overall health.

I was excited to add pure extra virgin coconut oil, generally regarded to be a healthy fat, to my daily diet. This product arrived with an inner quality seal intact, and over a year of shelf life left. Serving size is one large softgel, similar in size to an oblong fish/krill oil gel capsule. Ingredients and instructions are clear, but I’m unsure of country of manufacture.
I didn’t feel comfortable taking these because most of them are discolored white, cloudy, harder and deformed. Others are clear, the softgel is more supple, and they look honey yellow in color. I have typically seen this kind of damage to a pill or supplement when it was stored in conditions that were too extreme in temperature or possibly humidity. I can’t recommend these, and would like to see the listing updated with what the product is supposed to look like. It’s a huge red safety flag when you receive an over the counter product with 2 very different looking pills in the same bottle. I don’t feel safe consuming this.

My body responded very well to these coconut oil tabs. My digestion is a bit out of sorts, just normal stress related stuff. These have made dropping a deuce easier and more frequent. I recommend them to anyone who experiences dehydration in any form

I’m not quite sure of the benefits of taking this for my body anymore. I did the research I just don’t feel any significant difference. That said, I love that I only need to take one and hopefully it is contributing to building my energy levels up over time which is difficult to measure when you take more than one supplement. I do think that this is high quality and I do think that it is priced well for the amount that you get.

I was surprised by how easy it was to take these softgels, and I liked that they’re a good source of coconut oil. The bottle is a great size too, with 180 capsules that will last a while.

Lots of coconut oil but also large softgels, which may be hard to swallow. Coconut oil is good for you, but you do have to be careful and make sure your doctor knows and allows it.
Otherwise, this has a lot of good internal and external benefits. Plus you get 6 months worth to make sure it works for you.
