Shared these gummies with my wife, and we both agreed that the taste was palatable, even pleasant, though we haven’t noticed any adverse side affects (thankfully) or positive (noticeable) benefits. We had the gummies for a couple months before giving them a try, and we’re just about done with them now. Given the ingredients, we’re open to continue and reduce other supplements of similar benefit though that has not yet been decided.

I am someone who relies heavily upon supplements to assist with my overall health and well-being.
Years ago, I learned about apple cider vinegar and all of its benefits, so I started taking it.
But back then I took it straight out of the bottle on a spoon.
It was Absolutely horrendous.
It would burn my throat, stomach, and feel terrible on my teeth as well, so when I discovered the gummy version of ACV I was very happy.
I’ve tried countless brands and a lot of them are very similar.
Most of them even have the same shape.
But when I came across these, they definitely stood out and made more substantial claims other than the fact that it just contains apple cider vinegar, so I went ahead and placed an order for them.
It took me a while to start taking them because I was finishing another bottle, but once I did, I was so happy.
They not only taste delicious and are the right amount of chewy but they Just make me feel a little bit more energized and Like I’m getting much more benefit from them.
They do have a slight vinegar odor, but the taste is almost like a tart berry to me with a slight hint of vinegar.
It may sound weird, but it’s actually delicious combination.
And the fact that these also contain vitamin B12 as well as beetroot is a massive plus for me.
Those are items that I have been taking on their own so it’s great to know that they are part of the nutrient stack that these gummies are.
I also think the price point is very fair, especially since you get two bottles and they are just so much more than apple cider vinegar gummies.
So, hopefully you’ll be just as pleased as I am because I definitely give these five enthusiastic stars.

These gummies have lots of great ingredients from apple cider vinegar to B12. They have a really great taste, very soft and easy to chew. They can be taken without any water or with. The amount you get in the bottle is very fair for the asking price especially for all the great benefits.

These gummies are actually delicious – like fruit snacks but with the benefits of apple cider vinegar. It’s a bit steep price-wise but could be worth it depending on your personal preference.

For us these provided the same or close to the same effects as others that we’ve tried. We were impressed but the ingredient list though as some others pointed out, they should have used a lower sugar formula since one serving gives you 10% of your daily recommended sugar and you can take a few servings per day, that can quickly add up.
One might think that when you see the price that it uses some revolutionary ingredient but nothing in these is any different than the various others we’ve tried.
Overall due to the poor value and sugar despite them being labeled as a “Keto” product, we give them a 2/5 but since they have a very nice taste and texture to them we give them a 3/5 rating.
