I like the taste and it keeps me hydrated. I make the drink and add one teaspoon of Braggs vinegar, and a teaspoon of fiber, works great.

Updated 7/24/24: The seller contacted me after I posted the below review and corrected the situation so I’m now going 5 stars. Just always order through Amazon and you should be safe.
Old review: I’ve ordered most, if not all, of the Ketovital drink mixes in all their forms and enjoyed almost all of them (preference varies of course, for example I hated fruit punch). I personally like mango the best, then Lemonade, then cherry limeade, then strawberry. I’ve been drinking them multiple times a day since I started working out daily 8 months ago. They are a life saver for cramps due to dehydration and lack of electrolytes. BUT!!!
And this is a HUGE BUT!!! You’ve got to know who you’re dealing with!!! This is one shady company!!! I found that I would get discounts if I ordered directly from KetoVital’s website so I started ordering there instead of amazon. First couple orders went well but then I received some weird fluffy nasty powder in a mango container that clearly wasn’t mango electrolyte mix. I even tried it side by side with my other container of mango mix and had other people try it to make sure it just wasn’t my tastebuds being off that day or something. It doesn’t look the same, doesn’t taste the same, it’s not the same at all!
So this is where it gets shady! When you order from them directly you get an email that says you can reply with any questions or concerns. So I’ve been emailing them trying to get this bad container of mango mix replaced. No response to many many emails now. So I went to their website and tried to use their chat feature, but no one responds to it. So I called their number, it just goes to a googlevoice mailbox. No call back. So I texted the number, no response.
That’s when I decided to google them and start looking into who owns them, etcetera and found that it’s a shell corp owned by some shady guy.
So my advice is this, just know that these things aren’t cheap and there is no customer service behind the product so if you get a messed-up item/order, because it’s a food item, amazon isn’t going to take it back once it’s opened and the company isn’t even going to respond to you if you reach out to them. You’ll just be out the money if something goes wrong like it did for me.
For now, I like the product and I’ve only gotten burned once. I’m going to keep my orders to amazon only, even though that’s more expensive than ordering directly from KV’s website. If and when I get burned again I’m going to have to switch to a different company because I can’t keep giving my money to this shady guy who won’t even return an email. But for now, I need the electrolytes or I’ll die of cramps, so I have limited choice considering I also eat low carb.

I got this product and fell in love with it right away! The pineapple flavor is delicious! And adding electrolytes daily to my diet made a big change in my energy levels.
HOWEVER, I didn’t figured this out until later, I started getting my teeth very yellow/brownish. I never thought that the cause was this product until I went to my dentist. She has been treating me since I was a child and she was shocked when she saw how stained my teeth were.
We started checking everything I was using/drinking this past year and, when I show her the ingredients of this product, she identified it right away. This powder contains turmeric root for color, and apparently the turmeric taints your teeth very badly.
It if wasn’t for that, I’d definitely buy this product again, but the turmeric root ingredient is definitely a no-no for me at this point.

Happy with the mix of salt, magnesium, and potassium for an electrolyte mix. No fillers or sugars. Watch out for the big names that are basically all salt!
I cut mine at half the ratio and it still tastes good… Full mix ratio is too strong IMO. One scoop for 32 ounces is perfect for my tastes and extends value.

I love this powder! I have only tried the strawberry and it tastes so good. No fake sugar taste bcs it uses mong fruit & stevia leaf(I believe double check the stevia on the label). I swear I have lost weight with it as well. Not sure if it helps me think better or clearer. It gives me a boost of energy after I have my coffee in the am. This is my 2nd container I have purchased. I plan on using this until I can’t find it anymore. If I try another flavor I’ll update on the taste. Oh fyi I had my sis-in-law make a drink and she loved it as well!

I just love this Keto mix. Best that I have found. But disappointed recently that the fruit punch flavor is not available. I sure hope it returns soon as that is our clear favorite. The others are good, but they don’t seem to mix as well and the colors are kind of weird, i.e., strawberry flavor is actually clear and hard to keep track of in the fridge. That flavor also has a residue that settles out in the bottom of the container and no amount of mixing will get it dissolved. But it still tastes okay and is a good electrolyte drink. But we want the fruit punch back.
