I spent a great deal of time reading reviews and trying to find individual sugar free electrolyte packets that had no taste and would keep me from cramping after being in the heat. These seemed to fit the bill as people said the slightly salty taste would disappear after a few minutes after being stirred or shaken. Not so. I couldn’t get the weird taste to go away even after being in water for hours. So, I since I hated the taste, I ended up drinking less water than usual. I’m very disappointed.
Update: Adapted Nutrition contacted me to offer a full refund. I am very impressed with their customer service and appreciate their integrity.

This is very salty but when you are traveling you can mix with it ginger ale or tonic water and some freshly squeezed lemon and it is very restorative. Good when it’s hot and you are doing a lot of exercise like walking, swimming or hiking.

I live in Arizona, so summer yard work is a devastating endeavor without proper hydration, and salt is always what I crave after lots of sweating…
I have been using lmnt mix, and while I enjoy the flavors and benefits, it’s quite expensive. I was happy to find this one and for the price figured it was worth comparison. I didn’t notice any difficulty in mixing, but I add to a water bottle and shake. The taste is great, it’s salty, and the citrus flavor tastes pleasant and not overwhelming or artificial. Best of all, I feel that it really helps recovery after long hot days/when working outside. I feel more energy and can work longer without fatiguing.

They work as electrolytes, however they taste like a bunch of table salt fell into your water bottle by accident. So I won’t be purchasing these again at all. Even in a 40 ounce water bottle, they aren’t diluted enough to enjoy or mute this salty flavor. Disappointed.

The quality is great, makes me feel great after working out, love how effective it is in keeping you hydrated and love how theres no taste and easy to use single packs. It’s cheap.

Was worried as it says it is flavorless but I tasted it just shortly after mixint into water and it was VERY SALTY. however, after some time passed I went back for a taste and it was just like water flavor again. I am using this to aid in my breastfeeding journey and have seen results in only a couple of packets !! I will be subscribing to get this delivered on a schedule.
UPDATE: This product is 100% worth every penny. I have fully relactated using only this, increase in water intake and feed/pumping to create demand… my supply will flux with my water intake and I can tell a diff. in Oz’s when I dont start day with a packet. I do prefer to make it ice water and give it at least five minutes before I drink it to fully loose the salt flavor. I will continue to use these even after breastfeeding is over as I can feel teh diff. in my body as well. I wish i had known of this with my first pregnancy.

The product is as advertised, no sweeteners no fillers just electrolytes. It tastes like salt (but not quite). It is what I expected, and it does the job to hydrate me without added calories, artificial sweeteners or aspertame. I will continue to buy
