While I’m sure these work for some people, they didn’t for me. I waited to review this until I’d used the supplements long enough to see if they made a difference. Unfortunately, they didn’t. I also had a hard time swallowing them. I will say that the list of ingredients is impressive.

These are capsules that are easy to swallow and contain a blend of vitamin C, D3, calcium, magnesium and potassium with a mineral blend and a keto support blend. Each bottle has 60 capsules, or 30 servings per bottle.
I am updating my review after having use the product for a while. I can’t say that it does anything for weight loss. Even with a low carbohydrate, high protein, low calorie diet, I can’t see much benefit unfortunately.
